Pruitt Home Improvement

Description of Work: We hired Pruitt Home Improvement to assist us with installing a new full bathroom in the lower level (walk out basement) of our home where no bathroom previously existed. The owner, George ("Dallas") Pruitt showed up on time to give us a written estimate and a detailed explanation of the services to be performed. The great thing about working with Dallas is that he is open to the homeowner taking over certain aspects of the project on their own in order to cut down on expenses. For example, my husband jackhammered the concrete floor where the toilet and shower enclosures were to be installed and then Dallas came in to lay the underground plumbing. We also hired Pruitt Home Improvement to install and replace drywall, to finish the drywall to a paint grade and to add a textured finish to the ceiling. We are having Dallas come back to install wood laminate flooring and trim in the next several weeks. Dallas is reliable - he shows up on time and takes the time to complete the project to your satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Pruitt Home Improvement to others. We are lucky to have found him to take on these projects for us and to allow us to work with him to bring them to fruition. Other companies had given us estimates two or three times higher than what Dallas charged us and the other companies were not willing to let us tackle certain aspects of the project on our own in order to keep costs low.
