It went great! We had a plan drawn up for us (by another company) for a paver patio and landscape beds. We talked with four different companies. Corey Fletcher asked a lot of questions and gave us lots of ideas, i.e., costs of the various stone, what worked well together, patterns, etc. The fact that he continued to work with us in coming up with a revised plan that fit into our budget won us over. There were a few glitches along the way (the stone delivery was delayed by a week) but Corey continually talked with us to provide updates, and to let us know how everything was progressing. Corey and Jason were extremely professional and knowledgeable and will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Fletchers simply did an awesome job. They were incredibly friendly and very honest. I am not the most artistic person so I gave Correy (owner) complete design authority and he was fantastic. He understood our requirements and style and came up with a design, style and color set which I couldn't possible imagine coming up with myself. Fletcher's were very conscious of my budget and advised on the stone type and style that would work best without compromising the quality or final product. Before starting the work Correy explained the whole process and what to expect. The job actually went very quickly and efficiently. The results were outstanding and we now have a great massive patio for the summer. I cannot explain how stylish the patio looks and the color choice recommendations made by fletchers blended perfectly with house. It has added massive character to our home. At the end of each day the work area was cleaned up, and even fixed aspects of my broken fence for no extra cost!!

Our neighbor was replacing a deck with a paver patio. I checked them out on Angie's list and then had them give us a quote. They fit us in as they finished the neighbors project.

The offer of $349 for 50 ft. of Pavers was just perfect for what I needed. I have a wood deck with a set of steps off the back and another set of steps on the side. I merely wanted a landing of pavers at the foot of each set of steps, one being 6 ft. x 5 ft. and the other being 5 ft. x 4 ft. After Correy's initial visit and choosing the correct color to match the deck, we scheduled the work to be completed prior to a birthday party we were having on the weekend. Core completed the job in two days and we had numerous compliments during the party. The pavers are a perfect addittion to the deck (pictures included with report) and complete the overall look. The only complaint that I have has nothing to do with the quality of work nor the professionalism of Mr. Fletcher but it involves the cleanup after the work was completed. I picked up approximately 1/3 of a bucket of gravel from the grassy area in front of the pavers after Correy had left . I kind of felt that I was getting the $349 (1/2 price) cleanup rather than the full price cleanup. Besides that Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving LLC did a wonderful job!

Hire this company! They are wonderful. After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work. He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs. His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like. They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011. The dumpster was delivered the same day. The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think. Everything went great. Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard. I don't know how they do it. It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained. After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left. Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right. The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly. Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous. I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year. In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012. I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design. Really nice people, very professional. I am thrilled with my new patios. Just beautiful. A HUGE THANK YOU TO FLETCHER'S. Oh, and when the job was finished on 11/12/2011, they sent me flowers. How sweet is that!

We bought an Angie's list coupon in September (?) for brick paver service from Fletcher's Custom Design. Installation of our backyard sidewalk started on 10/05/2011. Sidewalk started at our deck and ended at our back gate. He finished the sidewalk on 10/08/2011. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after before they left. The sidewalk looks gorgeous. Correy was a pleasure to work with and just a very nice guy. He gave us an estimate on tearing out our old deck and paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. We liked his work so much we hired him to do that work. But, that will be another Angie's List report. Hire this company. They are great.

I appreciated that they were very professional. They pretty much didn't leave a total mess, but I expected something. They are still working and have one other detail to do, so they are coming back on Wednesday. They do good quality work and they were not at all difficult to work with. They were not the lowest estimate I got. Right now I would say the quality is 90 percent; it might be 100 percent when they finish up.

As expected - no price shocks or delays.

He was a great guy. They had a great customer service. My husbands job changed so we didn’t have the finance to get the job done. They were good on punctuality and professionalism. I would use them in the future.

The overall experience was great. The arrived the morning of September 2 and started working. It just so happened that this was to be the hottest 3-4 days of the summer. The guys worked until early afternoon and stopped for the day because of the heat. They returned on the 3rd and again had to stop by early afternoon because it was so hot. They finished on the 4th. Correy came out on Monday, Labor Day to sweep off the pavers and step and to make sure everything had settled correctly. He did not have to do this as it was a holiday, but he did. The delay did not bother me as I knew how hot it was and it was just unbearable. They did a wonderful job. I love the look of the pavers and step. I am so glad that I went ahead and had the new step installed. Everyone was very courteous and professional and everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definately recommend Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving and will use them again if I decide to do my driveway.

Excellent! Good communication throughout the project beginning with the estimating and material selection process through to the post project follow-up visit to ensure that final grading was completed. All work was done on the schedule originally set. Materials provided were of the specified quality. Workmanship was professional during all steps in the project. I can't imagine the project being executed more smoothly. I have recommended their services to numerous neighbors who have stopped to admire their work! The project not only completes our front yard, but makes an elegant and attractive addition! My deepest appreciation to all for a job well done!

Our patio looks great. We also have a 115lb dog sitting on them, daily and they are doing great!

Two years ago we contacted Correy Fletcher (who was recommended to us by friends) to see what he could do to replace our badly deteriorating patio. He came over, and at the end of that first encounter he had provided a very exciting concept that could be actualized over a period of three years. The concept was a new patio, then a terrace connecting the new patio to another existing, but separate patio (separated by grass and mud) , then a fish pond. So, two years ago he competed the patio. then last year he completed the terrace, and then this spring/early summer he completed the pond area. We love to be out there! His stone and brick work have greatly extended the living area of our home. Correy is very easy to work with and obviously knows his stone. Apparently he grew up with stone and brick, as his father used to have the business. After the three-staged work Correy did for us over that past 3 years we would have him back for any other stone wall-patio-terrace jobs.

It went very well. He did a great job. Very happy with his work and I am enjoying my patio today. It is level and looks great. I would recommend Flecher'.

The job went very well overall. Corey made some suggested changes and enhancements, some of which I decided to do, but he was never pushy or insistent. He simply made suggestions on that were cost effective to do while he was already on the job. Corey was always on the job when he as promised and let me know whenever he had to change the time. He was very responsive on email and proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of the job. The job was done on time and within budget. He even let me know that I was likely to have sagging in one spot in the Spring and told me to call him and he would fix it. Sure enough, the patio did sag in one area and Corey promptly fixed it at no extra charge this Spring.

We were very pleased. Correy Fletcher kept asking if what he was doing was what we wanted. He did exactly what we wanted.

I couldn't have found a better company to work with. They took all my brick up, took out a cement step, leveled the area ( which was very uneven because it had not been properly done years before) They took care to place sheets of plywood down to place gravel on , sand on and to stack bricks while preparing the area. They took time to level the grade, lay and compact the gravel, level the sand and lay the brick in a different pattern. They cleaned up the whole area and hauled everything away. Correy was great to work with in helping to design a step that I would be happy with. He went over and above my expectations for the project. I am very happy and would recommend anyone to use this company. The cost for this project was very reasonable for the amount of work and time involved.

Corey met with us and discussed different stones and design ideas. He created a great plan for our patio and walkway. When he came to install he took his time to make sure everything was level and just right. He made sure we were happy with everything. We have been enjoying the patio everyday.
