Correy was timely, professional and courteous in all aspects of the project. His quote was far lower than the one other one we had obtained. His quote was sufficiently detailed and we liked the fact that he uses a nice software package to create very attractive graphical designs for our review. We had tried to get a third quote from another well regarded contractor but he apparently missed hearing my voice mail for quite a while. Meanwhile we were able to check references that Correy provided, found the quality of the other jobs and the customers' comments to be most encouraging, and, in view of the late time of year, we made a quick decision to go ahead with Correy Fletcher. Correy works with 2 other men who obviously know what they are doing and the three of them seem to work as a well oiled machine. They started the project a couple days before the estimated start date, arrived before 7:30 AM every day, even on some icy cold November mornings, worked hard (it was not obvious to me whether they even ate lunch), cleaned up well after themselves, and got the job done as promised, in fact just half a day before the year's first significant snowfall would hit. I was in and out a lot during the 2+ weeks of the project, made sure they knew how to reach me with questions, but they never had questions, and I never had to go back and have them do any major rework. They did cheerfully replace a few paver bricks that my wife and I didn't quite like the appearance of, and they did some little things above and beyond the letter of our contract: They filled in nicely and neatly with topsoil along all the edges of their work, and, at Correy's suggestion, used some excess brick to slightly elevate our rather heavy fountain in its gravel bed, making it easier for me to install and deinstall the electric components every year. The finished paver work is absolutely beautiful and I would not hesitate to hire these guys again in the future.

Everything looks beautiful. The project was completed quickly ( 2 days). When Correy installed my walkway a couple of years ago he worked extra hours to complete the job because he knew I was having a outdoor party at my home that weekend. I would highly recommend Fletcher's.

Correy and his staff provided prompt and professional service. I met with 3 hardscaping companies and obtained three quotes. Correy was the only one to provide a quote in a timely manner and when promised. The work began and finished on time and the attention to detail was impressive. Correy and his staff were easy to communicate with and majority of the work was completed while I was at work. All aspects of the project went smoothly and the end result was even better than I expected. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and would use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Correy and his entire crew. Correy was prompt with his initial appointments and listened to what we wanted but also came up with ideas of his own, which were appreciated. They began their work when scheduled and ended within a day of when he predicted. It was a two week job but because he and his crew were punctual every day and cleaned up after themselves it was not a big issue for us. They went out of their way to go over and above the expected work and the driveway, walkway and porch look terrific. We are very pleased with the design and quality of the stone that was laid. I am sure we will use Fletcher's Custom Design Brick and Paving again.

We had been trying to figure out what to do with this section behind the house for years. When I decided to see what it would cost to have pavers put in, I consulted Angie's List and found Correy Fletcher. When I called, he was busy with other jobs and scheduled a time about ten days out to stop by and give us a quote. I was concerned that he would forget because of the delay but he showed up right on time and was very professional. We talked about doing the job in two sections at two different times and he quoted the work as two separate jobs but then gave us a price break if we did it all at once so we took him up on it. He worked with us to pick out the pavers and brought by samples to make sure we knew what we were getting. We needed to wait a few weeks before he could start the work but he kept us informed as the time approached so we would know when he would be starting. We share a driveway with our neighbors and Correy worked with us throughout the job so that the neighbors were not inconvenienced and always had access to their garage during the delivery of a dumpster, gravel, sand, and pavers. At one point the pavers were accidentally delivered a week early and Correy asked that they come out and remove them and redeliver them at the correct time a week later. That was appreciated because there were a lot of pavers and having them just sit there for a whole week would have been a bit of a pain! Throughout the work, the crew was punctual, professional, and considerate. Correy kept us informed of the steps involved and what was being done. He also checked to make sure that the decisions we were making for the borders were what we wanted and made suggestions that helped it look great. The work was consistent and progressed nicely. The landscaping that bordered the patio was worked around and survived unharmed. They cleaned up each evening and did an excellent job cleaning up at the end. About a week after the work was done, we discovered that an electrical line that ran under the pavers had become compromised and no longer worked. Correy assured us that it would be fixed and he worked with the electrician so that the pavers could be removed before the new line was laid and then replaced once the work was done -- and it all went back together perfectly. I can't tell you the number of times I have admired the work that was done on this patio -- the whole experience was about as good as it can be for a job like this. I am so happy I found Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving on Angie's List!!!

Corey and his crew did an excellent job. They worked non-stop to finish the job on time and really produced a good looking patio. They worked with my schedule and answered every question. I was very pleased with the entire experience and plan on hiring them again for another patio project.

I gathered estimates for removing our old deck and replacing it with a paver patio (including 2 walls). Correy responded promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss what we wanted done. He arrived on time, listened to what we wanted, and then responded quickly (via email) with a picture of what the proposed design would look like and the associated costs. When we decided to choose Fletcher's, he came out with a sample of the pavers and also gave us and estimated start date (which was somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-8 weeks later). Despite all of the rain that we had in late spring, they started within 1 day of the original estimate. In our original plan, we had wanted to keep an existing pergola. However, once the deck was torn down, it was determined that it would be, at best, a lot of extra work to keep the structure safe. Correy was very flexible to modify what we had discussed, and he was prompt to respond with an estimate for the changes I requested. The removal of the deck went smoothly and each day things were cleaned up and put away. I saw Correy outside frequently during the demolition of the deck, and he was here most all of the time during the last few days of putting in the patio. Once the dumpster was removed, he came back to sweep the driveway and make sure all was satisfactory. We are extremely pleased with our new patio. I would highly recommend Fletcher's.

I was extremely happy with Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving. They did a great job he came through with everything and followed the time frame that he gave. He helped design the patio for us and gave us feed back. It has a "wow" factor.

I called Fletcher's Design and left message about repairing our steps. Correy returned my call within a couple hours and we scheduled a time (within 2 days) for him to come take a look at our step problem. He informed me that the steps could not be repaired due to the fact that the original contractor had just set them on sand! Nothing was supporting them and over the years, rain had washed the sand away. This was a disaster waiting to happen! Correy said they would remove the existing pavers and build the new steps correctly. We scheduled a date and his crew was out first thing that morning. They did a fantastic job! I watched how they put the steps together...there is no way those steps are going anywhere! Solid! The crew worked creating those fabulous steps from about 8am-3pm. They cleaned up the job site when they were finished. Correy was able to find a paver for the steps that blended nicely with the pavers of our existing patio to create a nice transition from the concrete sidewalk to the patio. All in all we are very pleased and would call them in the future, if we have any other work to be done.

The primary goal of the job was to install a 5' X 10' section of pavers to cover the area around a standby generator. The exhaust from the generator kills any vegatation (including grass) around the exhaust and it was just ugly dirt. On the intake side it was just dirt and weeds so we just wanted something to look nice. After Cory came out for the estimate we decided to extend the pavers to include the privacy fence gate so it ended up around 5' X 20'. Cory was very helpful (and patient) helping us pick out the color, style, and design of the pavers. Cory and a helper (I can't remember his name) showed up very early on a Saturday morning and went right to work without disturbing us. They worked right through the day and into dusk. What should have been a "simple" job turned out to be anything but. The patio that the pavers butted up to had settled and Cory had to match the slope to make the pavers look right. Then we had hoped that he would be able to remove the skirt around the generator, lay the pavers underneath, and replace the skirt. This turned out to be impossible so they "nibbled" every single paver to match the lines and rounded corners of the generator. All this while maintaining a perfect herringbone pattern. I would have been happy with a simpler pattern if it would have made the job easier but Cory was insistant that the job be done right and look good. I was and am very happy with the job they did and if I have any other paver or landscaping job in the future I will be calling Cory first.

It was a pleasure to work with Corey and Ace. They started when they said they would. We started the job late in the season so they had to work around bad weather. They worked straight through early in the job to take advantage of good weather when they could. We spent a lot of time looking at pavers at a local store before the job started to find a color that would go with our light house color. When the pavers were delivered, the color was much darker than the sample layout and the images in the catalog. We were really disappointed in how they looked. Corey brought samples of our second choice and showed us the range of colors in that paver option. When we chose to go with the alterative, he worked around the delay of having the originally pavers picked up and the others delivered. The new pavers were configured differently, so Corey and Ace had to change the original design and do extra cutting and fitting so we would not have to buy an additional pallet. Corey has a great sense for design details. The design of our border and the way he repeated the pattern throughout really added something special to the finished product. Once the new pavers were delivered, Corey and Ace worked hard and efficiently to finish up the job. They added the dirt and leveled it. At the last minute, Ace dug in some extra pavers as stepping stones to get across the dirt. We are very pleased with our new patio. Corey and Ace were great to work with from start to finish.

It went great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Correy was able to schedule our jobs within a month of my calling; he'd had a large response to his Big Deal offer.

We set the date about 2 months in the future based on our schedule. Corey was easy to contact through e-mail. Corey was completing another project so he was a little late (3 hours) on ours but notified us. That happens but was good that he contacted us. The project proceeded well. He was able to get the job done within the timeframe we expected (4 days). He had a scheduling conflict but came in later to finish the job. He finished the job over the weekend. We were out of town but paid him upon our return. He did not press us for payment up front. We paid 50% at the start and the other 50% upon completion. Corey seems conscientious. As the team was tearing up the old sidewalk, they we concerned about accidently breaking the TV cable wire. Fortunately, that was an old old. He was also careful of the sprinkler lines as well.

On balance, we were pleased with the work. Our only reservation was the price of the single step from the patio to our back porch; however, that would not disuade us from considering using this firm again if we were to decide to expand the patio,

Correy (and his right hand man, ACE) did an exceptional job. During the construction they both went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every step. When we asked about a small change here and there, they were very receptive and anxious to complete the project with our satisfaction in mind.

Correy's was one of 3 estimates for the above work. We selected him because we felt very comfortable with him and his explanation of what his company could do. They arrived on time, completed the work as stated above. Very professional, answered any and all questions that we asked. Completed the job in <1 1/2 days (estimated 2-3 days). They removed all debris. The patio paver looks great - they did an excellent job for us. I would recommend Fletcher's Custom Design (Correy Fletcher) to anyone wanting to redo pavers or a wanting a new paver design.

Our consultation went very well and I was impressed with his knowledge (I had researched patio installation beforehand). He would never install a new patio over our old, cracked concrete slab. I knew beforehand that this is a big NO NO for many reasons. This was the first thing that he said to me. After that, he had my attention and he went on to talk about the steps involved. All of them made sense to me. Correy also guarentees his work for a few years.

They were professional enough but didn't end up doing the work.

Corey was very prompt in making and showing up for appointments. He was friendly and professional. I am very happy with the way the porch looks. It has been transformed. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone in the market for pavers.

Correy came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. His price was slightly higher than another estimate I received, but his professionalism and knowledge impressed me more than his competitor. I don't mind spending a little extra for quality work and quality work is exactly what I got. Communication was great from beginning to end. Correy works with a couple of other guys and is on the job site the majority of the time. They were all professional, courteous, and punctual. I also appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. My patio looks fabulous and I couldn't be happier! I will recommend them to everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

After a day of work, we went out to take a look at how things were coming along. We realized that a 12x20 patio really wasn't big enough to suit our needs, so we asked MID-PROJECT if Correy could expand the patio to 16x20. He took this in stride, gave us a new estimate on how much extra this would cost, and once everything was settled he just took care of it with a smile. He and his crew were efficient, professional, and friendly. They got the patio knocked out pretty quick, and it looks amazing. As a side note, during this patio installation, there was a large dumpster deposited in our driveway so that construction waste could be disposed of. When the dumpster company came to pick the dumpster up, they WRECKED the driveway. Tore one side of it apart. Correy immediately took ownership of this problem, dealt directly with the dumpster company, and when the dumpster company refused to pay for repairs Correy took care of it. He even told us to withhold the final balance of the patio project until the driveway was repaired to our satisfaction. Once it was fixed, we happily wrote the check for the second half of the patio. I would absolutely recommend Fletcher Custom Design to anyone who needs paver work done. Their workmanship is outstanding, and customer support is second to none. Thanks again Correy!

Corey is a very nice man and his work is wonderful. We had him put in a new double patio and one sidewalk to our first gate last year (2011). It's beautiful but just didn't seem complete without a sidewalk to our second gate. So we called him this spring (2012) to come and add a sidewalk from the patio to our second gate. He completed it in 3 days and it's gorgeous! We love it!
