Correy was very easy to work with. He visited our home, saw the site, took measurements and provided a prompt quote. Based on price and good report we awarded the contract. We discussed a few items and made some small changes to the original. Their crew was courteous and respectful. They made every effort not to tear up my yard. One thing that could have improved was the final raking and match to my existing yard / grass. They could have do a bit more here. Overall I am very satisfied. I am writing this in April, install was done last fall and there has been no shifting due to winter. Please do pay a lot of attention to the drawings they will provide. They are very close to the finished product.

I LOVE these guys! Correy and his crew (Ace, Will, and Max) are my new favorite contractors and have earned a client for life. Correy responded quickly to my request for quotation and we arranged to meet 3 days after I contacted him. He provided a detailed quote with a drawing of what he proposed the SAME day that he met with me. To make sure that I did my due dilligence, I wanted to get a few more quotes, but knew that I would select Fletcher's Brick Paving due to Correy's professionalism and responsiveness. My project was pretty simple- address some differential settlement of my existing brick paver patio to stop water from accumulating along my foundation and infiltrating through my basement walls. I also wanted to replace my wood steps (3 sets) with stone steps for ease of maintenance and aesthetic appeal. On day 1, I knew that I had picked the right team for my project when we discovered that the existing patio had been placed directly on grade. There was no sub-grade material and it was obvious that the previous contractor had cut as many corners as possible to install the patio. Correy explained next steps and I had complete faith in how he was planning to address the situation. He went out of his way to find the best solution to address this issue and stay within my budget. The project lasted 3.5 days and I have a beautiful patio that looks like it is brand new even though I reused my existing brick pavers. When Correy told me that the bricks would look just like new after they were power washed, I wasn't so sure, but he knows what he is talking about. I have a much better patio than I could have ever imagined and it is all because of Correy and his crew. And speaking of the crew- just how great is it to know that I could go to work in the morning and know that when I cam home everything would be better than before I left that day? The crew was extremely professional, arrived on time every morning, treated my driveway and yard like it was their own, and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left at night. They even helped me put my patio furniture and grill back on the finished patio when they were done with the project even though it was a Friday and they had just wrapped up a long week. They work well together and you can really tell that they love doing what they do. I would highly recommend Fletcher's Brick Paving to anyone that would like a talented group of professionals to help them with a patio project. Thanks guys!

Initial contact was great. Although other proposals were lower in price, I opted for Fletcher's. After the project was completed and paid for, I found the response to phone calls disappointing or never returned. A cap on one of the columns accumulated water and Correy advised that was normal. The other column cap did not have that issue. In the spring of 2015 I contacted him again to advise it chipped. Eventually he stopped by to inspect; verified it needed to be replaced; and eventually replaced (after I allowed a potential customer to look at my patio). Soon after I called to request an estimate to replace landscape stone around two areas to match the paver patio but never received a call back.

Correy Fletcher met me as planned, was punctual and courteous, and spent a reasonable amount of time assessing the job. He promised to send an email with an estimate shortly after . I never received an estimate and did not hear from him again. I called him several times and he did not return the call. Needless to say I was disappointed in the experience and chose to use another contractor. Not sure what happened but he gets a black mark in my book

Awesome experience! Will definitely use them again and will recommend to my friends. I contacted Mr. Fletcher and other brick paver companies through Angie's List. He responded right away for an appointment to review work area, take measurements and discuss possibilities. Within 5 days, we had a detailed proposal and concept images of what the finished product would like. Scheduling the work was a breeze and was able to start earlier because of having to change the schedule on another job. The project took about 5 days and it follow his proposed scope of work to the letter. His crew cleaned up the area including the driveway after project completed. We are very pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and great quality of work. Thank you!

I had previously had a paver patio, walkways, pillars and retaining walls installed by Correy and his team and was very satisfied. Initially I planned to use Correy for only the tile work for the floors on my remodel project because it was similar to paver installation. Upon sourcing the work to be done he also provided me with all of the services needed for the project with the exception of the quartz countertops and installation. The project was scheduled and completed on scheduled which allowed for a shorter down time. We are very satisfied with the outcome and enjoy the use of our new kitchen every day.

Second time around using this company and these guys do not disappoint. They arrived on Thursday and completed the job on Monday. Correy had previously put together a design which we chose and it looks even more amazing in person than it did on paper. We now have a beautiful paver stone border that holds in the gravel of the driveway. The crew was very professional, friendly, and hard working--something we've come to appreciate after hiring them previously to do our patio. During the process, my husband accidentally hit one of the corners where stone had already been laid, shifting the stone. One email to Correy and the next morning the guys had already fixed it. The communication is great and makes for a very smooth process. You truly get what you ask for and more. The crew always goes above and beyond the job. We asked the guys if they had extra gravel could they put it around the shed. I expected just a pile of gravel by the shed, but they spread it out for us. Absolutely thankful for the extra effort. We love these guys and they work hard. We highly recommend them!

Everyone was very accommodating, clean, and hard working! The work was done in 2 weeks and the results were fantastic!

Overall, we had a great experience with the owner, Correy and his crew. From the initial design concept to the completion of our project, everything went very smoothly. After meeting to discuss our project, Correy provided a well-designed, digital diagram that was very professional. We had a few changes, which Correy quickly updated and sent us a new design. The project started on time and the crew was punctual every day, and left the job site clean and tidy. After our initial meeting to review the full scope of the project, Correy supplied us with a detailed computerized drawing, cost analysis and timeline. He gave us his expert opinion regarding design and color. Because this was a rather large custom driveway paving project, everything was thoroughly thought out and planned. Correy and his entire crew were extremely professional, prompt, keep to the timeline - rain or shine, and everyone knew what their job was and did it with the utmost pride. Once we made the appointment, Correy was punctual - he actually made it to the house before I got home. He sat down with me and my wife and listened to the wish list of items we were looking for in our new patio. Within a couple of weeks, Correy sent over 3D drawings, price sheet and has been working with us since to make adjustments to the design. He was prompt in his responses, which is appreciative and demonstrates his professionalism.

It did not go well: I was double-charged for the service, and he never provided the plans, and never responded to my calls or emails. Edit: They refunded my payment.

We had a paver patio that was now sloping towards the house rather than away from it. My husband and I initially thought we could do this project ourselves but realized after having torn a good chunk of the patio out ourselves, we needed some help. Correy offered us a few different design options based on what we were looking for. We had a reunion coming up and wanted to have the patio finished by then and Correy was able to make that happen. The one thing we were thrilled about was that he didn't use polymeric sand. The patio we had previously was done with this sand and when we started taking the patio down, hand chiseling and brushing every stone so we could reuse it for this patio, on a 600 sq ft patio was daunting to say the least. Correy and his crew are very professional folks. They work hard, are punctual, keep a clean work area, answer all your questions, and do amazing work. On the first day of work we were already making changes to the design we had initially agreed upon. They didn't grumble or complain, they simply listened to what our ideas were, added in some feedback, then worked their magic. Near the end of the project they had a little extra gravel left over and they asked if we wanted it which I said yes (we have a gravel driveway). They saw a couple low spots and went ahead and spread it out for us. It's the small extras like this that are special. They could have just left the small pile but they took the extra step and spread it out. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again and refer my friends to them. Overall this was a wonderful experience, we are so grateful for their patience, and we absolutely love our patio! If you are thinking of having a patio installed, don't miss out, hire these guys. It will be the best decision you ever make!

They were prompt and responded quickly whenever we will email them. They gave a reasonable bid and they were very professional. He seems to be a good and honest guy. They did a nice job and the crew was very respectful. They were courteous. They are one of the best that we had so far.

Fletcher's did a beautiful job. They were quick to respond to our original request for a quote, and came out promptly to survey the plan. Provided a quote within a matter of days. Once we agreed to the contract, they set a start date shortly thereafter. They started right on schedule, and finished the job exactly when they said they would. The driveway and walkway came out beautifully, and they did a great job reconstructing our back steps. They did an outstanding job taking care to not damage the landscaping adjacent to the driveway. It's only been about a week since the job was finished, but so far everything is looking great. They were very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job staying in communication as the job was progressing. Undoubtedly the best experience we've with comparable landscaping/patio companies.

I put in a paver patio too soon after my house was built and the natural settling caused it to eventually slope toward the house. In addition, the company that originally installed it (not Fletcher's) just did a sloppy job (they are now out of business). So Correy Fletcher rescued my porch and it now looks 100% better. The stairs are vastly improved, my pillar is vertical and the foundation has been fixed. Correy followed up with me to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Fletcher's doesn't use polymeric sand which I kind of wish they had; but it looks great anyway and if I end up needing to replace the sand down the road, I can always use the polymeric stuff.

I want to have plants/flowers planted AND am required to provide a plan to the board of our association before doing so. I do not need paving or anything like that....I feel I should go with a nursery for this project. Correy was very professional... just an error on my part. Correy Fletcher and his team are awesome. I talked to several vendors and Correy was the most professional and well organized . He listened to our ideas and proposed numerous designs. He has the right design software so that you can actually see what your end design will look like, in your back yard. His pricing was clear and when the initial estimate went over our budget, Correy found a way to make it work within our budget without limiting what we wanted. I work at home, so I was around for the entire construction. I was just amazed to watch the care they took with every detail. So much detail and precision, every stone was carefully measured and set, it just blew me away. The daily clean up was very good and the final clean up was excellent. Along the way I would get email from Correy with updates and next steps, especially since we were running into Ohio spring weather along the way. This is a great team,and Correy Fletcher, the owner, is excellent. He had other jobs running but was constantly here, often doing the hands on work, but always directing what he expected. We always felt we had a highly professional and competent team doing this project and the outcome was fantastic. Very happy customer.

Correy told me over the phone that he estimated 2 days to complete. I thought he was crazy since everyone around me taking 6-8 weeks to get their patios installed. Obviously, mine wasn't has elaborate as there was a lot of work needing done. From start to finish, it was only 2 days and I was using my patio. The only thing I wish I would have done, was ask Correy to cut out more grass than what patio was. Now I have to remove the sod to install bed edges. If you are considering a patio, have Correy and his team add the landscape beds in, don't skimp on the money with that, your back will thank you. Great Job Correy and Team!

Correy was very responsive, came out to the house, took measurements, developed a very nice design and emailed it to me promptly. There were a couple of additional follow-up visits where he came out to the house to discuss the design in more detail. His communication and promptness were very good and he has a very high quality company. I would definitly recomend you contact him if you are interested in adding a patio to your home, you will not be disappointed.

Everything went great I contact Fletcher's Custom Design Brick Paving LLC to come over and give me an estimate and design for my patio. we agreed on price and design picked a date to start. a couple days before project start dumpster arrived and materials. I took about 1 week to complete the work and all was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after project and will be returning make sure we was satisfied everything.

I contacted Correy Fletcher on 11/13/13 via his website requesting a patio design/quote for a job we wanted to have completed early spring of 2014. I received a call from him the next morning and was pleasantly surprised how quickly he responded. However, he then wanted to come out and take measurements and quote me for the job and said I didn't have to be here. I thought that was odd because how would he know what I was wanting if we couldn't discuss it. I stated I would like to be here when he arrived and set up an appointment for 11/18/13. He was on time and we went over the scope of the project and I gave him our budget of $15k for the job. That was pretty much the end of it. I had to follow up with him about 3 weeks later since I hadn't heard anything and let him know that we wanted to make a decision between Christmas and New Year. He said that sounded fine and would be out sometime in between then to go over the design. It wasn't what I had meant but I went with it and expected him to give me call to set up a time to come out. It is 1/5/14 and I still have not heard from him.

Correy did a fantastic job on my mother?s patio. He was very professional and patient, as well as supremely knowledgeable. He and his team worked quickly and cleaned up every day to the point that you didn?t even know they were there. They went above and beyond in order to make her happy and provided a superior product.
