They did a great job.

The experience was good and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable. They were not the lowest quote that we got but they were nearly the lowest. They are very professional. When they came to do our mulch there were 5 of them and they were all dressed very professional and in uniform. They get everything done and they clean up because I have seen a lot of people not cleaning up after themselves. They were very good at responding right away and they get here right on time. They are very good at what they are telling you and they don’t charge you more.

This company put paver patio, and paver stairs going from the back door of my basement as well as off of the deck, and down into a living space. They helped level the ground, a complete back yard do over. It was a retaining wall , a large wall, and also where the paving is there is also a large retaining wall, along with a couple of entry ways. They did some build up with gravel. I plan to have them come out and do lighting, because they do that also. I am picking them up as my lawn care service, because I was so impressed with them, and I did have them trim my bushes and they did much better than what I had before. The attention to detail was thorough. He did a lot for the money, I had two other estimates, and I was not impressed with them. He had a vision and I was impressed with him.

Johnny began as a high school student cutting grass, but through the years he is now a junior at OSU studying landscape and business. He continues caring for our lawn as well as snow removal and now mulching, de-weeding, cleaning out weeds and applying edging and mulch. Excellent trustworthy experience each time.

We had contacted John earlier this year via email to discuss the project. John is very responsive. We had him come to our house to discuss the project. He was very prompt and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for. We settled on a date for installation and he was here on time. One of the things I noticed of both he and his crew was that they took great care to ensure that they didn't leave any droppings of dirt or sand in the street behind their truck. They laid a tarp down and used it to collect any spillage. That was a really nice touch. We are so pleased with the workmanship and the finished product. It is beautiful and really makes a fantastic addition to our backyard space. John also did an excellent job on the patio pulling all of the stones and refurbishing the screed and sand under the stones. He has one last piece to finish, filling in between the stones with a polymer filler that will harden and lock in the stones. I would highly recommend Pony Landscape & Lawncare to anyone looking for a professional and high quality organization. We've used John for years and he never disappoints us with his work.
