The estimator was experienced and we got a quote back the same day. But we had to wait over a month to start work because it was the busy season. The installers did a great job! Quick, efficient, and they didn't leave a mess. We are very happy with their work.

After some major communication issues, we finally DID get our aluminum fence installed by TNT---and it was well worth the wait. However... our project was delayed several times... we have had to contact THEM every time (they have not called or contacted us on their own initiative since our credit card was charged for the up-front half of the job). VERY disappointed. They responded to our request to Home Advisor within minutes... and were more than eager to get our business. It was all downhill from there. We had to call them REPEATEDLY just to be emailed an invoice for the job. However... once on site the crew was quick, courteous and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product... we only wish the experience before the work was started would have been better.

Josh and John were my primary work crew who were efficient, effective, and excellent craftsmen. When they were here, they WORKED, problem was getting them onsite because of their commute distance, but it was worth it. They, and the others who helped them, worked together as a team. They kept the worksite uncluttered and cleaned up after they were done. I had about 375 feet of wood privacy fence with vehicle and pedestrian gates installed. It took a day to set the posts (with being one post short) and two days to install the panels and gates. Lay of the land was about 93% level with the other being a slight slope. Travis needs to work on keeping the customers in the loop on schedule changes...start dates changing, arrival times, etc. Stuff happens, but when I don't live at the work site, it helps me plan my days better. Instead of starting early, the weather caused delays which was fine if I was advised before I had to call/text and ask. Communicate, communicate, communicate. With having to pick up the supplies enroute each day and the commute distance, they weren't here til about noon. He said that they would call when they were on their way, but I never got a call from them. The estimate was very reasonable, but heads up on the 3% service charge for using the CC (it is on the contract) which I did to make sure I got on the schedule ASAP. Summary: Excellent work, good price, need to initiate communication more with the customer

Reasonable estimate. Good workmanship. A bit of breakdown in communication before and during installation. They were very eager to get working and started digging before we could get back home, which caused a bit of an issue. But will recommend.

Project was completed within the time frame specified. They completed a custom Japanese style front that looks great and I have had 'drive-bys' asking about it. Removed old chain link fence and hedges that became ingrained in the fences. Gave advise on staining and care of the fence and were flexible in work schedule. Two very minor things were that a couple of boards were missing bottom nails and the several small scraps were left behind.

Great team of workers. It was freezing out and they worked hard to finish. Left a clean work area and the men were all very polite. Highly recommend. Thanks Travis and TNT we are very pleased with the fence.

Travis and his crew are first-class. After much delay(not caused by TNT) they came out as promised, and did a fine installation job for us. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to refer others to TNT. Job well done!
