This firm sets realistic expectations, costs and keeps you informed of all activity occurring on your home. The individual contractors who were hired to complete each stage of our home, were tops in their field and included us in all decisions. We always felt a complete part of the construction process. Kudos P & D, you are one of the top building firms.
Description of Work: P and D builders designed and built our new home, in The Woods of Dornoch. They worked with us on the architectural design and flow of our home. The home was then set on a piece of property, which highlighted the homes features. This firm gave us a choice of top companies to help us make our choices on the items we wanted in and around our home.

AS WITH ANY CUSTOM HOME BUILDING PROCESS, THE HOMEOWNER MUST STAY ON TOP OF THE 30,000 DECISIONS TO BE MADE AND WITHOUT A DOUBT ISSUES WILL ARISE. BUT P&D WILL WORK HARD TO RESOLVE THOSE ISSUES TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
