I had heard good things about this company, which is why I decided to use them. I went in on a Friday for an estimate, and they were very friendly and quickly gave me an accurate quote. The person who took my estimate offered to take the 10% off coupon that I had from attending a do-it-yourself seminar and keep it so I could place the order over the phone. When I called to place the order the following Monday, I attempted to talk to this same person that gave me the estimate and I was told that she was "with another customer." I called about 7 times throughout the day and she was always "with another customer." When I finally talked to someone else to place the order, he stated that he would have to call this salesperson to verify the 10% off. He said he would do that and call me back. Well I never heard back from him that day. The next day, I called back and I was finally put in touch with the person who did my estimate and who had my coupon. She told me the person I had talked to the other day had closed out the order incorrectly, so she had to input the entire order again. After about 15 minutes on the phone, the order was processed correctly and I scheduled delivery. When I scheduled delivery, she told me that she would schedule my in the last run of the day between 2:30-5 pm. At my request, due to my work schedule, she made a note on the order to deliver between 3:30 and 5 pm. When I arrived home at 3:25 pm on the delivery day, I was surprised to find that all of the 10 palates of my order had already been unloaded on my front tree lawn. My neighbor informed me that they had arrived between 1:00 and 1:30 pm to deliver - a full 2 hours early. The landscaping project is taking place in the back yard - so since they just threw the order in the front because I was not home for the early delivery instead of placing it in the back yard as I wanted - I get to carry 135 - 83 lb blocks and wheelbarrow 5 tons of stone into my backyard. It is ridiculous that this company just made that much more work for me after I spent the kind of money that I did. I am not sure if I will ever use this company again.
