As noted above, Julie's crew very carefully but rapidly moved my stuff from a location where it had been stored to my home in Columbus. Everything they handled was fragile and breakable but very quickly, their care and professionalism set my worries at ease. I most highly recommend Julie's Movers -- ***** (5 star) service! I most definitely will use them again!!

I got a coupon deal and was able to get it at half price. Their communication was very good. She figured out how many guys were needed and sent them out. The guys were friendly and on time. I have hired them on 3 to 4 occasions and there was no problem. I will hire them in the future, too.

Although this was a small job, I was absolutely delighted with the service and would certainly use them again. They responded quickly to the call, showed up on time, called promptly when there was a question, took good care of the pieces being moved, gave me an estimate that held, and followed up to make sure everything was all right when the job was done. I would certainly give them a call for a bigger job.

Julie and 3 movers arrived punctually and proceeded to load their truck with my furniture, including several mattresses, that I had stored in a garage. They were very polite and courteous. After driving an hour they proceeded to unload the truck down a steep driveway into my home. They proceeded to carefully unload the furniture and bring it into the house. I was very pleased with the care they took for the furniture and the house and would use them again.

It was fine. I would prefer if they had padded things a bit more but they seemed to be pretty careful. They did a good job. I wouldn't say they did a great job, but just a good job. The workers were ok. They would do a fair job for someone.

It was a very good first contact, and it did not cost us anything to talk with her. My husband bought the Angie's List Big Deal offer for the work, but she refunded it immediately; we haven't used it yet. We would consider using her again in the future.

Julie called me back immediately. She was very thorough on the phone explaining specific details of how they would move things like file cabinets and desks. The crew showed up on time and were very professional, worked quickly, and were in good spirits. Julie showed up towards the end of the move to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I will definitely call Julie when I have moving needs in the future.

My inital phone call was returned promptly and a quote was given. We like using local businesses and the price was acceptable so Julie's was given the business. The move went very well. The first day 3 guys showed up in a large box truck, on time and ready to go. We showed them where the boxes were and they took care of everything. There were 2 trips on the first day. The second day 2 guys showed up on time and ready to go. One trip between locations.

Communication was great with Julie. She got back with me right away by phone and email. She sent 3-guys. The 2- experience movers worked very hard and offered to help with moving other items as well. The young buck didn't do a whole lot. I later followed up with Julie and she told me he was in training, and I didn't get charged for him. The young buck caused them to get an overall b-rating.

The two appropriately dressed, groomed and happy employees showed up within 10 minutes of the expected time. They helped the store crew load 27 cabinets, secured the load, transported the cabinets about 30 miles, then unloaded the cabinets. When we arrived at the home where the cabinets were going to be unloaded, they took appropriate precautions with the cabinets and the house. Maneuvered each of the 27 cabinets through the front door, a hall, a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. And they were able to store/stack the cabinets safely in a small space. We would have never gotten the same results, in the same time-frame and personal labor as we got with Julie Movers. . We are pretty much do-it yourselfers. I was originally going to rent a truck. Upon comparing prices, the truck with the crew was not too far apart on pricing. WE certainly would not have been able to get the same results as Julie's Movers. This was totally pain-free. I was extremely happy Julie's responsiveness and with the crew that did the work!

The experience was great! When they left, things were put away and there were no cardboard boxes anyplace! Nothing was broken, Julie herself was here to monitor, and everything went well.
