Description of Work: David did a fantastic and detailed job. I would certainly hire him again and recommend him to any friends and family in the process of purchasing a new home. There were some extensive repairs for the property I am purchasing so I was able to use this in negotiating terms. Once I take possession and have the repairs fixed, I may hire him again to go through and inspect the quality of the contractor's work. Thanks David!

+ -1 moreCalvin, with Inspect Ohio, is thorough. In the 24-page report, he listed and included photographs all of the details we needed to know as far as what needed attention and what was working well. Even after a year and a half, it is helpful to go back and review the report to make sure we've addressed all of the issues. Calvin took his time while inspecting and answered all of my questions along the way.
Description of Work: Inspected our home prior to our move-in.
