Owner Sergio Flores is responsive and friendly. I did have to call back a couple times for minor things but Sergio and his crew were always back and correcting minor issues. They even blew my leaves into the street without asking or charging!

They did an excellent job. Removed all grass and replaced it with River Rock. Repaired existing walkway. Added Stepping Stones and Steppers. Added nearly 40 plants and trees.

Sergio and his team were prompt, fairly priced, listened to what I wanted, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They were wonderful to work with.

Sergio and his guys did an amazing job from start to finish. We had to make a few alterations to the design after construction had started due to the tight space in our back yard, and the guys provided great alternative ideas that looked stunning in the end. Our back yard is now an extension of our living space to the outdoors! I highly recommend them!

Sergio's team did an excellent job at putting in flower beds + a paver patio. I was really satisfied w/ the end result. His guys worked non stop and finished within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him.

We used Flores Landscapes for our back patio and are so happy we decided to use them. They put in an Oberfields Travertine natural stone (Ivory/Noche) patio for us. The entire experience with them was outstanding! The crew worked all day rain or shine, we were truly impressed with the company’s work ethic. Everything was done fast, efficiently, and professionally. Flores Landscaping contacted us to start work on a weekend, much faster than we anticipated. Because the driveway was small, they were able to complete the project in two long days, thereby, reducing any disruption. The workers were great, and it was a pleasure doing business with Sergio. Excellent. They had a slot in the schedule earlier than anticipated, so the work was completed sooner than expected. The workers were polite, efficient and hard working. We asked them to use a little creativity with some historical bricks we offered, and are very pleased with how the bricks are incorporated into the overall layout. We would highly recommend Flores Landscapes.

I live in German Village- so these guys pulled the driveway/sidewalk brick. Laid a proper foundation then replayed the brick. Very very hard work, especially in the middle of summer. The work was so superb that three different neighbors are hiring them for their needs. Highly recommended!

I'm happy with my patio. They are professional and did a very good job. They did everything as promised.

They did a fabulous job and it looked better than I expected.

The work was started before thanksgiving and up until now there are a few things that are left hanging. They have to wait for nice days to put the sanding in (the finishing) but there have been a lot of sunny days that went by. I feel that i need to keep on chasing them to finish my patio. From the beginning, i feel that my patio was never a priority to them. There has been a lot of frustration and a lot of supervising on my part. I will update my review again once my patio is fully done. As of now, i am very unhappy.

I've used Flores Landscaping for many years and would highly recommend them. Sergio Flores is the owner and he "gets" customer service. He trains his associates to be punctual and thorough and to keep the customer happy. I can count on them every Thursday and there is nothing like pulling into the driveway of a perfectly manicured lawn.

Sergio and team was very professional. They were flexible and helped us with design and stone selection. The building process was very quick and organized. The estimate and response time, as well as the service they provided was very good. The planting was done properly, and all the work was given a 1 year warranty. A few of the trees began to slant and they came back and adjusted those trees and added stakes at no additional charge.

Flores Landscaping Services Inc offers a 1 year warranty. I noticed that 2 of my trees are dying. I have called Flores Landscaping 3 times. I talked to Surgio yesterday and he said he would come out. He didn't show up. I want to exercise the warranty since 2 of the trees are now dead.

We have hired them to do landscaping projects, spring cleanup and mulching, lawn mowing and lawn aeration and have always been very pleased.

Upon arrival the team leader spoke with us to go over the plans. Then they spent the day doing the job. When we would go and check on the progress they would ask if we had any concerns. Upon completion they talked to us to see if we were pleased and to tell that we needed to not walk on the steps for several hours.

They did a fantastic job. We have a lot of flower beds and they worked quickly and had it done in just a few hours. They cleaned everything up afterward. Sergio was very accommodating as we had a tight schedule to get this done.

They did a very nice job. They came about a week earlier than promised. Really did a good job of cleaning up. Were very polite and professional. The price was really reasonable. They also do our weekly lawn service, and do a very nice job. Sergio is very nice to work with, and he followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were happy with the quality of the work. We definitely plan to work with them in the future!

Sergio of Flores Landscaping is very thorough and cleaned up after himself very well. He's very accomodating, when we told him that the steps he had done is not wide enough, he changed it immediately. He really did a good job.
