Description of Work: Final Touch Painting had a great crew of guys who were diligent and conscientious. They pointed out some non-painting related issues with the house (rotting soffits and siding) as well as roof issues and either handled the repairs or recommended another contractor who could. Overall, a job well done.

Description of Work: Exceptionally good workers. Good attitude throughout the process. The end product was with a lesser quality paint because they could not work with the paint we chose--the Consumer Reports #1 rated paint. They blamed the paint but the same paint is on other rooms with different results. They ended up repainting with their preferred brand and it looks better but not the paint we preferred.

+ -1 moreEric came out and surveyed the project within a week and then did the project within the next week or so since it had to be warmer to power wash. Not only did he do a great job, but he went the extra mile. I've got 6 flood lights that needed replaced and I don't have a ladder to get to them. He went out and bought the floodlights that I was looking for and installed them. He also purchased some cleaner I needed to get rid of the rust stain on the side of the house. All in all, the house looks much better and I didn't have to lift a finger since he did everything and more. The price ended up being higher than the estimate as we had him do more of the house than originally thought. Instead of doing 2 sides, he did more including the garage that was really bad.
Description of Work: Needed to have my home pressure washed because of mold and mildew build up for a few years. My grey siding was turning green and around the gutters was getting pretty bad in terms mildew and mold. I also had a stain from a rusted chimney cap that had begun to stain some of the siding. I don't have a big ladder and don't like getting up that high (about 25-30 feet in some places I think).

+ -1 moreContacted Eric personally who has been painting for I think 10-12 years. His actual profession is a Pastor, but he has small children right now, so he is working so he can spend more time at home. Needless to say, he is pretty honest and fair (traits that seem to be missing these days). We had two areas to paint, a bathroom with bad drywall issues, as well as a hallway on the second floor which connected to our loft. Eric started work within a week of acceptance of his bid which included at least two coats of paint using Sherwin Williams products to our specification of colors. He used Sherwin Williams Durations paint, which is about $45/gallon. He fixed the drywall areas and screwed in a damaged corner strips.He replaced outlets and light switches and covers which had been painted over by a previous painter (I purchased, but his labor). Not only did he do a fantastic job, he did it while my 5 kids were asking questions and followed him around the whole time. What a great guy!
Description of Work: A large hallway/loft was painted along with a bathroom that required a bit of brushwork more so than rolling. Approximately 400+ square feet.
