I called Emergency and they were able to schedule me within a day. Casey and David from Emergency Plumbing came to my house on 10/6/17. They were going to install a new water heater but my basement floor was dry at that time. So, Casey checked the expansion tank and said it was not working. He explained the purpose of the expansion tank and why a defective one would cause water on the floor sporadically.....ie when I did laundry. He suggested replacing tank to see if that solved the problem. I have done multiple loads of laundry since then and no water on the floor. The problem has been fixed! Thanks to both Casey and David for their honesty and integrity. I also want to mention that the 9/26/17 John and Steven from Emergency Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal. They replaced a couple of pipes under the kitchen sink too. Their work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. If and when I need plumbing service again, Emergency Plumbing Service will be my first call!

Replacement was completed as scheduled, and without problems. EPS hauled away the removed heaters, etc, as part of the project. Plumbers maintained a professional attitude during the whole project.

After an Angie's List search for emergency service plumbers in our area, Found and called Emergency Plumbing Service at 10:30 PM, and was told someone would be out by 11:30 PM. Plumber arrived at 11:30 PM and was quickly able to isolate the leaker so we could use the other.

The process took a while due to the piece being on back order, but once Emergency Plumbing came out, the job was completed quickly and accurately. The plumber who came to the house was friendly, and explained his work through every step.

We’re on septic system and woke to overwhelming smell of sewer gas throughout the house on Saturday, so we called Emergency Plumbing since our usual plumber couldn’t make it. Pete and Alphonso arrived and found that a lot of our copper pipes were porous and they spent a lot of time and with great attention to detail solving the issues. I would highly recommend this company and they are now our go-to plumbers.

The initial appointment went very well. I am extremely pleased with the work done. I am going to have them replace both water heaters. I would and will recommend this company.

After verifying that the pump was not working they waited a hour while the office checked for locally available pumps. They came out knowing that the pump probable needed repair but did not bring the tool required to pull the pump. the went back to the shop to get the required tool. When they pulled the pump they quickly determined that it was a wiring problem and not the pump. Unfortunately they did not have any wire on their truck and had to make a second trip back to their shop to get a spool of wire. Once rewired (I had to provide them a crimping tool to splice the wires because they did not have one with them), the pump worked fine. It took 6 hours from the time they first arrived, to do a one hour job, and they charged close to $600 for the work.

They quickly found the leak (unfortunately it seems AT&T drilled hole through the water pipe when installing our cable) with only a few small holes that will need patched with drywall. Service guys were great, very courteous and knowledgeable. Found issue and fixed in less than two hours.

Awesome! Work was completed quicker than estimated and workmen were very nice. They answered all my questions, let me watch without comment, and even helped me take pictures of the work. They also suggested other improvements with no pressure to buy. I had them out twice, once for an analysis and again for the repair. They scheduled for exactly when I needed and even called when an earlier appointment came open. They are now on my permanent contact list. Great job guys!

My back up sump pump started roaring one Thursday afternoon, too late to get a plumber except on an emergency basis. I called Emergency Plumbing and they came out within a few hours. Of course, the noise stopped before he got there and everything checked out fine. While he was there, I had him check a drain that runs slowly, and, again, it would perfectly while he was there. He did find my expansion tank was bad above my water heater so they came back another day to replace it. He seemed honest and competent.

We had a copper line break to our refrigerator for the ice maker and called to have the line replaced as soon as possible to be certain that we didn't have any more water breaks. Scott came out within a half-hour of my call (on a Sunday) and reviewed the issue and quickly determined a course of action that should eliminate any similar problems in the future by replacing the copper line with a flexible line that should prevent another line break such as the copper line that broke where it came through the floor and was inflexible. Extremely pleased with the service, the price, the promptness and the expertise of Scott in defining the issue and developing a sound response to the issue. They are now my "go to" company for any future plumbing issues!

The plumber arrived around 9. I showed him the issue, he was polite, friendly, and easy to understand. He dug up up the pipe, had to retrieve an additional part because the previous home owner had used an unusual size of piping, and repaired the pipe. Once the work was complete he refilled the whole and we paid him. I was quoted $250 for the work, but due to the unusual size of our broken pipe and the extra part he had to buy I was very happy with the $289 price. I will be using them if I have any issues and will recommend them to friends if they have any issues as well.
