Description of Work: During last winter's fridges weather my sump pump discharge froze and burst! I called and they were very busy with many other freeze ups but said they would be there that night which they were. They fixed my broken Pac pipe, and unfroze the discharge and out in a temporary discharge that I used for the rest of the winter.

Thank you for choosing Emergency Plumbing Service to help you with your frozen pipes. You were not alone in having frozen pipe issues last winter. The winter of 2014 was brutal! We were on call 24/7 several days in a row keeping up with all of the frozen/busted pipes. Let's hope this winter isn't as harsh as last. A good tip to help prevent frozen pipes is to keep a faucet steadily dripping as long as temperatures are below 0 degrees. If you have had issues with a frozen pipe in the past leave that faucet dripping. If you have never had any issues with a frozen pipe you should still leave the faucet steadily dripping that is furthest away from where the main water line enters your house. It is important to have your gas line bonded if you have Corrugated Stainless Steal Tubing (CSST) * bonding is recommended to prevent a possible shock for those who make come in contact with the gas piping and other metal objects connected to grounding system. Description of Work: We had a significant leak under the kitchen sink that was damaging our cabinets. We called Emergency Plumbing and they were there on a Sunday morning in less than 90 minutes. Not only did they fix the leak, they made several suggestions regarding other plumbing issues that will be very helpful in the future. We would not hesitate to use them again.
