The contractor who came out to give me an estimate was nice. I was told that I would have the estimate/quote within a week or two. I never did receive the quote or even a phone call (and for me, it is the contractors responsibility to provide good customer service even if it is a phone call reaching out to me. In this case, no attempt was made - bad customer service). I am not sure what happened but this company lost out on my business. I hired another contractor after I didn't hear back from Delaware Kitchen and Bath (gave them a month to respond) and the new contractor was on-site within a week.

He is not there to serve the customer. His motto is NOT the customer is always right. It is his way or no way. He is not willing to fix anything if you are not happy. He lets you pay credit card but tells you he does not want you to pay credit card. He is just not very personable.

They did a very good job.

We purchased bathroom cabinets for 2 bathrooms. The price was higher than what I had priced from another custom cabinet company but comparable to others in the area we priced. The cabinets are very pretty and they worked to match exactly what I wanted. However as I start to look at the details, there are placed stain didn't take, doors aren't always meeting in the same place in the middle on 2 identical cabinets. there is a gap in one side of the crown molding over the mirror and that is just one bathroom, I haven't had a chance to actually see what the other cabinets look like since my contractor hasn't installed the 2nd set yet. The are nice, but for the price, I would have expected these type of details to be more exact. Since I went through a contractor to get these, I just took his word that these were the best. I haven't contacted the company directly, but have mentioned it to contractor and he hasn't thought very important.

The job went very well. The owners of this company were wonderful start to finish, from collaborating on the design to completing the details of the project. They are very responsive and professional, and do high quality work. I had looked around a bit for a company that could build a custom cabinet extension and was pleased to find one that could do so at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with our kitchen--it's just amazing how different things look now.

We did this project because of water leaking over time out of the shower. The floor had been damaged and to repair it correctly, the shower base needed removed. There were complications related to the adjacent existing tub and tile surround so we chose to replace both the shower and tub. Owners Jack and Chris Keller were very helpful with ideas and product selection. They have a nice showroom where you can see some of the products/materials they use. They always had time for questions and information-sharing and were prompt with their responses. They were also open to my own ideas, e.g. offsetting the tub faucet. I was impressed with how efficient, thorough, competent and neat Jack was with the tear-out and re-building process. We are very happy with our experience with this company and are using them on a kitchen project, also.
