Description of Work: Replaced a broken water heater. I called Del-O-Plumbing at 10:30AM, they arrived at the home and started work before 2:00PM after picked up the new water heater. They are very skilled professionals, completed the job very well and kept everywhere clean. I would like to call them for the the future work.

+ -1 moreSystem was installed at a cost slightly more than the original estimate because of existing conditions but I am very pleased with the quality of work. The installers however did not clean up after the work was done and friendliness on the phone was non-existent.

+ 0 moreOVERALL DECENT EXPERIENCE. VERY EXPENSIVE, ESPECIALLY FOR ONLY 2 HOURS OF WORK. INITIAL QUOTE WAS FAR LESS, BUT CALLED DAY OF SERVICE AND SAID THEY NEEDED HEAVY DIGGING EQUIPMENT (SMALL BACKHOE) WHICH WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE. I NEEDED IT FIXED THAT DAY SO NO CHOICE. ARRIVED SEVERAL HOURS LATER THAN PROMISED. FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL STAFF. VERY QUICK TO DIAGNOSE, FIND, AND FIX PROBLEM. LEFT DIGGING AREA ROUGHED IN BUT IT WAS VERY DAMP SO MAYBE BEST THAT COULD BE DONE. PROBABLY BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I'M DESCRIBING, BUT WAS FLUSTERED BY CHANGE OF QUOTE ON DAY OF SERVICE. BARN IS NOW QUITE DRY THOUGH.
Description of Work: REPLACED OUTDOOR WATER FIXTURE IN DIRT FLOOR BARN. CAME ONSITE WITH HEAVY DIGGING EQUIPMENT, EXCAVATED THE AREA AROUND FIXTURE, FOUND LEAK. REPLACED ENTIRE FIXTURE AND PORTION OF PIPE UNDERGROUND. RECOMMENDED PRESSURE REGULATOR INSTALLATION IN LINE AT A LATER DATE AS UNDERGROUND PIPE RATED AT LOWER PRESSURE THAN WATER PROVIDER, COULD CAUSE PIPE RUPTURE. WHEN RESETTING NEW FIXTURE, CREATED GRAVEL POCKET AROUND BOTTOM OF FIXTURE IN GROUND TO AID DRAINAGE. FILLED IN HOLE BUT LEFT VERY ROUGH. BARN FLOOR IS NOW DRY.
