Initial install went okay, but took a long time for final install to take place. When I called back to have 2 more windows installed, price was too high so I decided not to go with them for the work, and the guy I spoke with began to raise his voice considerably and criticize me for not having them do the additional work.

I spoke with Larry about coming out to give an estimate. Larry missed the appointment and forgot to contact us about it. I contacted him and asked if he was still going to come out. He simply said he didn't see any time in the near future that he could come out to do an estimate, but that he could give me prices if I picked out what I wanted from brochures on their website. I simply declined at that point. If he misses the first appointment, it is a pretty good sign that him or his company could easily miss another. I DO give him points however for being pretty accessible via email and originally allowing us to meet on a Saturday.

I selected them based on the reviews and their rating, not sure how they got that rating since they never bothered to call me. Maybe friends and family were rating them???

Our existing doors needed replaced...two sliders and the exterior three season door. Larry reviewed our new door options with us. The installer, Ken, did an excellent job! The doors are well built. Great company.

We were more than pleased with the purchase and installation of our entry door system - not only front door but also replacement of sidelights, pilisters and acorn pediment. Company's owner, Larry Surowiec handled all the sales and ordering for this project. We found him quite helpful in discerning our needs as well as allowing us to remain within our price point. Delivery of door was exactly as promised and installation could not have gone better! Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and quality product as well as service/installation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing door replacement!

Wonderful. The owner Larry was great to work with. Responded in a very timely manner. Came out to the house himself to measure and discuss the product. Ken and Cody were great installers. Very kind and courteous. The took care as they installed the windows and cleaned up after themselves. They also patiently answered all of my questions. They even fixed a few odds and ends around the house that needed fixed - I didn't even ask them too! (front door that wouldn't shut right and a hole outside the home where the trim and gutter meet that birds were entering ). All around we had a wonderful experience with this company and will be passing their information on to friends and family.

Great! The owner was so pleasant to work with, the price was fair and door was high quality. The additional pet screen was worth every cent as our dogs have failed to push thru it. He uses Polaris doors and they have good ratings and reviews. As soon as I can afford it , i will be calling him for new windows.

Frim the presentation to the installation, everything was very professional. We love our new doors. The installers did a wonderful job. We can't say enough good things about this company and its employees.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Larry is so responsive & great to work with. The work was actually done ahead of schedule & turned out absolutely fabulous! Install was smooth & finished result excellent. We love the new look. Will use again.

The kitchen door was a really difficult installation but the gentlemen stuck with it and did a really good job.

The customer service is outstanding. The installer was also amazing and really did professional, clean, perfect work. We could not be happier with the finished process. Our door came in with the incorrectly sized frame and Larry did everything in his power to ensure it would be ready to install before Christmas, and sure enough, they managed to get it done in time and with a pleasant attitude. I would hire these guys again ANYTIME.

Larry, who told me that he owned the company, was the sales rep who came to our home. I showed him the door knocker which we had purchased and said I wanted a door which would support it and would provide good insulation. He assured us that the door we purchased would do everything we wanted, and said he would call back during the first week of December to schedule installation before Christmas. We did not hear from him so I called him the third week of December to find out the status and was told they were behind schedule. I suggested he should have called to tell me that but he became defensive and claimed that is not how they operate. He did schedule the installation before Christmas (3 days before), but when his installer showed up and saw the door knocker, he told us that he did not recommend hanging it on this door because it would ruin the door. I said Larry had assured me it would work, and was told that "Larry is a salesman and doesn't know everything." NOT happy!

It went fine except window mutton bars were ordered wrong the first time.

It went really, really well. It was exceptional. They replaced 10 windows. I got four quotes from four different companies and if they weren't the lowest, they were the second lowest, but their quality was much better. We've had windows replaced before at other houses. Their original estimate said, "We'll be there this particular week," and that was like six weeks out. That sixth week, they called me and said, "We're ready to do if you have the time." They did leave the area clean.

It worked out well! They showed up to my house, had a lot of options and kind of walked through the things that I could do. The fellow that came, I felt really understood what would work versus what didn’t work. High level of expertise, I would say!

Went well. we did get caught with out a permit and the state just happen to drive by the house. Had to pay a fine so be sure to get a permit.

Brought 2 crews and had all windows replaced in one day. Day two was finish work and clean up.

Professional and efficient. The door was a reasonable price and looks great. I would definitely use them again.
