CW&D was outstanding from beginning to end. We shopped carefully, met with 6 contractors. Larry was far the best informed, most thorough and detailed representative we met. The install team are total pros. Not only was the work exceptionally clean, they walked us through everything they had done, explained things to watch for, and even left touch-up paint. We could not be happier. Definitely our first call for the window replacement we expect soon.

Overall great experience! Larry, the owner, was very helpful during the entire process. Ken, the installer, discovered an issue that required more material. The old door had not been installed properly, so required new framing & header - so would be brought to code. He left to get more material but still got it done in the same day as promised. Clean up was thorough. Door quality excellent.

This was the third company we had received a quote from and Larry was by far the most knowledgeable and informative and we were very pleased with our quote. Larry answered my call on the first ring and came out to give me a quote within a couple of days. He showed up himself, gave me a detailed explanation of what they offer and then went ahead and quoted me (by far) the best price of all quotes I received. We scheduled it with him and the work was done on time, professionally, and it looks really great. Based on the cost and quality work, we hired them again to do our walkout patio door in the basement, which will be installed soon. Moving forward, for any window/door needs, I will not go anywhere else.

I called their office 3 times during office hours to get a quote and no one answered. So I filled out the 'request a quote' function on their website to set up an appointment. It's been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me back.

Excellent service and perfect door replacement. I talked to Larry about main front door replacement, sidelites, and glass transom (larry@columbuswindowanddoor.com). We had ~30 years old door. We were able to change the glass to the glass with more privacy. It took about 2 months total to get quote, see Larry at home for overall review, and the door order. Larry gave us quote within 2 days. Installation of all of the pieces and the door was done within few hours (~5h). We recommend the service and the company.

This was a good experience from start to finish. Larry, owner, has been in the business for years and has experience and expertise to show for it. Also very personable and responsive. Not pushy but offers ideas and options for you to choose. Quote very reasonable. We had this company previously put in a patio door and were very pleased.. Fast forward to install. Ken and Dan are master installers and have also been in the business for years. No inexperienced crew showing up. They know what they are doing and it was fun to watch them expertly remove old windows and install new ones. Also very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Quality seems very good and we are overall extremely pleased.

The installers are extremely timely, professional, courteous and turned our old home into one with bright new look and future. I also, hired the CWD to re-hang my front door. It was hung by a company who said they hang doors but mostly they just told tales. Sales team was truthful and knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate my schedule.
