Description of Work: Columbus Window and Door removed the French doors (seals were blown and did not fit tightly) from my patio and replaced them with an energy-efficient sliding glass door. The workers were on time and very professional. We have been very pleased with the customer service and response with this company. The door is of excellent quality. We use a gas space heater in this room and now we have to kick the temperature setting down a notch since the doors are well sealed.

Description of Work: We had 4 odd sized windows replaced, and one of the new windows is a beautiful garden window in our kitchen. They did all of the work in one day and minimized the time when the windows were removed and the house was open to the outside.They did a great job and the windows look amazing! They are so much nicer than what was there before. We will be definitely using them again for the rest of the house.The price for the non-garden windows was very reasonable.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 entry doors and installed a storm door. They did a great job. Ken was very knowledgeable and even helped reinforce the structure and framing with our house around one of the doors he was installing. Our house is really old, and the installers met many challenges. They did a great job with all of them. The only area for improvement might be that the installers were very vocal about all the inconveniences that our old house caused during installation. This just made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. I would like to know those inconveniences that need my input for decisions, but would rather most opinions about inconveniences encountered be kept to themselves. Again, overall the service was great, and we are considering having them come back to give us an estimate for windows.

Description of Work: They were great! I had 2 large double hung windows that no longer opened. I thought for sure I would have to replace them. They came and said we can fix them and they did for $240! They were great and I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: We called to see if our patio doors needed to be replaced since we were experiencing some drafts. The consultant told us that they did not need to be replaced, and he sold us a very inexpensive part ($5.00) that fixed the problem. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Larry was very personable and had thorough product knowledge and was able to communicate well in layman terms. I appreciated there was no fancy sales jargon , only honest answers to my questions and useful information. Ken, the installer ,was a real pro,takes pride in his work, installed the patio door efficiently , effectively, and cleaned up nicely. Our new patio door looks and works great.
