Jake was great and did a great job communicating what needed to be done along with providing information on how to proceed forward. I wasn't happy to have this issue but I feel confident in the work that was performed. It's given me peace of mind and removed bats from the attic.

Buckeye Wildlife Solutions did a great job assessing our problem and recommending and implementing solutions to a mice problem. The Buckeye Wildlife technician did a very thorough inspection, and found numerous potential entry points where mice and other critters could enter our garage and home. Steve, the technician, was very professional and personable, and took time to explain the problems and show photos and physical evidence if problem spots. He also was very thorough in addressing the issues and making all necessary repairs. We'll have to wait to see what later fall/winter brings as mice start looking for warmer lodging, but so far we are very pleased. I'm also confident if we do see any future issues that Buckeye Wildlife Solutions will respond promptly and accordingly. I wish I had called Buckeye before I needlessly spent over $1000 on another company six months earlier that did not do nearly enough to prevent the problem from returning.

The technician was very courteous and respectful. What he did seems to have worked, but he will be back next week to survey the area again.

It took several days, but Steve was persistent. It required traps and eventually some digging. In the end, he was successful. He was GREAT to work with. So happy I called Buckeye.

We discovered we had an animal in our attic late on a Saturday afternoon. I found Buckeye Wildlife online and sent a text to the provided number. The response was immediate. They were there on Monday, racoon removed by Tuesday morning. They provided full service from pest removal, removal of contaminated insulation, cleanup, disinfecting the area, replacing insulation, and closing the entry point to keep the evil critters out!! I met 4 different employees in the process and each was professional and easy to work with. The main person on our case was Jake. That guy was AMAZING. Hard worker, great person, above and beyond!!! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Jake was awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Had a mole problem that practically destroyed my backyard. He trapped 5 moles within a few short weeks. Totally honest and reputable. Thanks!

David is a young professional with great attitude. He is always courteous and trying to help. He spotted some damage to one of the gable vents on the exterior wall of our attic and suspected it was due to a raccoon. He went up inside the attic. The next thing I know was a raccoon fell out of the attic into our walk-in closet and I heard myself screaming. Before I realized it, the raccoon ran downstairs and pooped everywhere. David made sure I was ok, got a cage from his van, and captured the raccoon by the fireplace. He then set up a trap on the roof and cleaned up raccoon droppings as much as he could. I decided to throw out an office chair because it was covered with feces which may carry a dangerous type of roundworm (my husband bagged the chair in plastic before placing in the trash). I spent about half an hour cleaning up the carpet. David was apologetic and reported this incident to his manager. The next few days he stopped by regularly to check the trap but didn’t catch anything. I could still hear some tiny animals making noises in the bedroom wall. David brought a thermal camera to scan the room. Nothing. After he left those tiny animals started crying and screaming but it was too hard to get to them. Eventually they died.

Jake was amazing! He caught the squirrels that another company tried months to catch within 2 days! He also repaired our roof just as good as a professional roofing company. Highly recommend!!

It went very well. Everything was done in a timely manner and was done to a high standard of work and professionalism.

David was the one who took care of us and he did a wonderful job. He connected with me on a personal and professional level and made the situation less stressful. He called every day to make sure nothing new was happening in the attic and to see how my favorite hockey team was doing. Great job to everyone there. Spring time can be stressful but they get it done!

Contacted Buckeye Wildlife Solutions and they responded very quickly. Our tech David was excellent with his knowledge, answering any questions I had and was quick to get to work when I decided to go with them. He checked cages everyday, provided a full estimate of different kinds of work we could get done, and did the repairs to holes from squirrels. Although the cost was more than I was hoping for, the quality of the work performed was very good. Would use them again for sure.

Removal went great Chad visited my house within 40 minutes of me calling on Saturday evening. he was able to set a trap and catch the Mom and comeback a day later and pick up 5 babies. He also suggested solutions to cap my chimney to reduce the chance of this happening again. Chad was very professional and punctual. He explained everything that was going to happen and completed the task without issues. would recommend these folks again if needed.

David Metter arrived within the allotted time frame & explained what he would do & then did it. He also explained the pricing scale. David was pleasant, efficient & professional. I was very pleased.

This by far the best and most professional company we have ever dealt with. We had another company try to trap them and they failed miserably. These guys came out climbed through our attic, took a picture of our house guest and set a trap. Caught him the next day, set another trap and caught his friend. A few days later they came our , cleaned up the mess in the attic and were gone. Not a spot of insulation in the house, not a thing out of place. Great company! You won't find anyone better.

Buckeye Wildlife Solutions responded quickly and professionally. This was unfortunately not our first encounters with skunks, so we’ve used other pest control companies in the past. So, I can say from experience that Buckeye’s prices, customer service, and level of service far exceed anything I’ve received from other pest control companies in the past, and couldn’t recommend them enough. We dealt directly with David Meter, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

David was very knowledgeable, he strategically placed traps and we were therefore successful in getting a total of 3 skunks plus a raccoon! Great communication throughout and took the time to educate us as well! Would definitely hire again in the future as needed.

While the total proposal was a little out of my budget, David was willing to fix the immediate issues which did fit into my budget. I plan to go forward with all the proposed work soon. They checked the deck to see where the skunks were getting in and set traps there accordingly. They came by daily to check the traps and caught two skunks in the process. Buckeye Wildlife stayed on the job until they were sure there we no other animals nesting under the deck. Both their technicians were helpful and friendly.

Steve from Buckeye Wildlife Solutions was prompt, professional and courteous. He did a thorough job checking our attic and roof/exterior and fully explained the proposed solution. Communication throughout the process was excellent. He did the repair to the entry site and we were pleased with those results. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Chad was great! He came within an hour of my calling and spent time trying to figure out what was going on. Had a plan A and plan B ready just in case first plan didn’t work. Treated flies, explained everything thoroughly, and was very professional. Plan A worked and flies are gone thank goodness! Would def recommend to others. Did great job!!!
