Great experience! Buckeye Wildlife was very quick to respond to our request for an appointment (thanks for the text option, btw). Zach came out to treat our house for yellow jackets. He was professional and friendly, talked with me and my husband, and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. Excellent service! When I called the company, a live person answered- not a machine or pre-recording- and Kelly was very nice. Then Blake arrived right away, was professional and friendly and treated the raccoon humanely.

Zach is unreal nice. This guy is not just super personable, he is also knowledgeable and efficient. Both times I called he came same day and got us squared away. This company is fair and honest. I called Buckeye Wildlife regarding a raccoon that had taken up residence in the space between our chimney and wall. Jake came out, found the entry point, and set a trap. I’m fairly certain the raccoon knew her time was up because all noises and scratching stopped the day after the trap was set. Jake still came out for 2 weeks and checked the trap. After 2 weeks of checking the trap and monitoring the entry point and seeing nothing, Jake came and covered up the entry point for us. Very please with the service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Will definitely use their services again if needed and will highly recommend them.

Had mouse infestation in attic and basement. They placed bait boxes including outside the house, and we killed a number of mice in the basement with mousetraps. They returned to seal up all of the potential entry points on the exterior of the house; and they rebait the external boxes every 3 months. So far no evidence of recurrence. They are professional and easy to work with. Note that sealing all of the potential entry points in a large house is not inexpensive.

I was very happy with the services provided, and Chad was pleasant to deal with. Repairing the vents took a little longer than expected, but mainly because of asbestos soffits and odd vent construction. Chad was tenacious in figuring out the best possible fix and all ended up great! Definitely will use their services again if I ever have the need.

Zack called prior to showing up. When he arrived he went over our supposed carpenter ant problem. This was our main reason for calling Buckeye as we were told they were carpenter ants. After agreeing to a quarterly program which offered substantial savings to us Zach got to work. Sprayed inside and out putting granular around outside of our home. He then told us that they were not carpenter ants but probably ants that were carrying sawdust left from our construction from 5 years ago. So that eased our worries alot. Zach was very professional in his dealings and servicing of our property. Buckeye is very fortunate to have an employee that cares for his customers and is excited in doing his job. Zach called me ahead of time to see when would be a good time for me, showed up on time, treated the perimeter, cautioned me about a wasp nest and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Very friendly and professional.

It when well. The mother was trapped quite quickly. It took some persistance and ingenuity to get the young ones out but it was successful.

Very well - one raccoon escaped from the attic but was trapped in culvert area along with three additional raccoons. Matt was very helpful and provided excellent service, including patching the attic access used by the raccoons. The initial plan was to trap the raccoons that were in the attic but Matt agreed to put an additional trap by the culvert entrance where I thought a ground hog was living. It turned out that the raccoons were living in the culvert and that area is where all 4 were trapped.

Zack was fantastic, and cleared out 3 vents which had gotten birds nesting in them, and then made sure they were secure so more couldn't get in. One of the vents was ridiculously high, and he had to come back the next day with a longer ladder! He was so brave to climb that thing and handle all that while it was windy out. Plus he was very careful to maintain safe social distancing and other safety measures during this pandemic. It's important we all look out for each other now, and I'm glad he's staying safe and helping others stay safe, too.

Jake with Buckeye Wildlife Solutions, stopped by looked at our situation, we thought we had a squirrel in the attic, turned out to be bates. Jake did a full inspection and prepared an estimate for the work that would need to be performed. We scheduled a time to have the eviction process started and Jake came to our home, installed all the necessary screens, evacuating tubes, and sealed all the cracks and crevices that led into our homes attic. We are not waiting on Jake to come back and remove the tubes, seal the holes and inspect and clean the attic. This has been a good experience so far. I will update my comments, once the job is complete.

The entire team at Buckeye Wildlife was amazing. Prompt, courteous, patient, and flexible. Zach, the specialist that came out, was so understanding and helpful from the first initial phone call to finishing the job. He was so knowledgable (you could tell he loves his job,) thorough to inspect the property top to bottom, kind, generous, and answered all of our questions truthfully. He was an all around good human, a much needed interaction during the COVID pandemic. A kind smile and thoughtfulness goes a long way, and it's not something I'll forget. I would 100% hire Buckeye Wildlife Solutions again for any work or mitigation that needed done, no hesitation. From the minute we found their website, to the initial calls, to Zach pulling away, it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service organization.

Everything went smoothly. Jake was as pleasant as he was professional, and happily answered all our questions. 4 squirrels removed, and two holes resealed better than they were originally. One satisfied customer couple.

Racoons fled before they could be trapped. But the guys did a thorough analysis every day and patiently worked with us. Went into the attics and inspected them every day. Finally confirmed no animals were in the attic and sealed the exterior. 100% recommend them

Technician Jake came out and listened to our pest problems and devised a plan to attack the problem. He then came back out and thoroughly explained the plan detailing several cost options and suggesting several stages we could follow to achieve our end goal of keeping the mice out of our exterior walls. We are three months into our treatment and we have heard no mice within the walls. We are extremely pleased with Jake’s professionalism and knowledge of our pest problem.
