Collin is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and focuses on both short term and long term results. He not only took care of the immediate mouse problem, but also worked up a specific plan to keep them from returning based on the ways he knew they were entering the house and what was attracting them. He also took care of my carpenter bee issue on site which I was trying to solve incorrectly myself. He's great to work with and a really nice person. He clearly is very passionate about his work. I've since hired him to do ongoing regular insect control.

The gentlemen showed up on time, fully prepared and kept me informed through the process. He was very professional and explained clearly what was done, and what I can do to prevent this in the future. He deodorized the attic and the space in the garage leading to the attic which help tremendously! Was done in 2 hours.

He went into the attics and laid poisonous baits for mice to eat and die outside.

After having no success trapping moles myself, I got a referral from a neighbor for Buckeye Wildlife Solutions to remove moles from my yard. Buckeye Wildlife (Matt) was in the neighborhood when he got my referral and stopped by to give me a quote. While I had never used this type of company before, I was a bit taken back by the price. However, when I saw what they were able to do (trap 5 moles to date) I was convinced that it was worth the money to prevent more damage to my yard. Buckeye Wildlife stops by every other day to check the traps and look for new activity. When no new activity is seen, they will pull the traps. If I see new activity, I call them and they come back to set more traps. Their contract is good for one year and they charge an additional fee for moles trapped. I thought the price was a bit too high until one of my neighbors called a competitor who was much higher just for a two week contract. Both Matt and Collin are very professional and I have recommended them to several neighbors.

I was having issues with multiple wildlife animals and insects on my property. I had raccoons that were tearing my yard and trash apart, moles that were tunneling all through my yard, and I even had a wasp/yellow jacket nest by my garage roof-line. Buckeye Wildlife Solutions were prompt/on time and were courteous and professional. They took the time to explain to me every step and process of how they were going to fix my problem. He caught all of the skunks living in our crawl space and then helped provide us a way to try and prevent future episodes with the said skunks. He built an exclusion to cover their point of entry. It is safe to say that we are skunk free now.

I'll admit I was hesitant in making a call to anyone regarding the removal process for fear of being overcharged or taken advantage of; my first call was to Buckeye Wildlife Solutions, Colin answered. Once I told him my issue he started to explain the process of the assessment, trapping process and long term options; he didn't use big words or talk fast to confuse me, he allowed me to ask questions and gave me an outline of the services covered which included setting the traps, daily checks, filling the holes and, of course, the removal of the animal. We weren't able to meet because of my work schedule, but Colin agreed to come out, do the assessment and set the traps; I was given the option to pay over the phone and he would process the charges. When my money got a little tight, he had no problem keeping track of the remaining captures and billing me on my payday which works out perfect. I appreciate the professionalism that Colin shows, he contacts me when he catches one or has a question and I notify him when I see one in the trap! It's always a great feeling when you think "money well spent;" I think I helped everyone in the neighborhood will all that he has caught. I would DEFINTELY use Buckeye Wildlife Solutions again (with that name, you can't loose...Buckeye=Winner) and I would recommend Colin specifically! Thanks Colin!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We can't say enough great things about Collin and his team at Buckeye Wildlife Solutions. We have been trying on our own to get rid of groundhogs that had burrowed up against our foundation for the last two years with no avail. Not only did BWS trap and remove the culprits but they also removed some raccoons hunkered down under our front porch. They also provided an estimate for animal proofing the front porch, which was very reasonable and we'll definitely call them when we are ready to do the work. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. One thing we really liked is how they communicated with us everyday about how things were going and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. Start to finish...well worth the money!

My wife and I was noticing something moving around in our attic, and decided it was time to have someone come out and investigate the problem. We decided to give Buckeye Wildlife Solutions a call to see if they could find out what was going on in our attic. We called late on Thursday and they got us scheduled for the very next day (WOW). Collin showed up 10 minutes early and even gave us a courtesy call before arriving.We explained what the problem was and Collin wasted no time getting up in our attic to find out what was going on. Come to find out, we had a nest of raccoons living in our attic. Collin removed the family of raccoons and even cleaned up the mess from the raccoons in our attic. Additionally, Collin discovered a huge hole around our soffit and was able to patch it up for us. All I can say is we were more than pleased with the service provided and we would highly recommend Buckeye Wildlife Solutions to anyone looking for pest removal. A+++

I had 3 racoons in my attic area and Buckeye Wildlife was able to catch the racoons each time. They were very professional and great to work with.

The gentleman arrived at my house and introduced himself. We briefly reviewed my critter problem that had been previously discussed on the phone when I set the appointment up. I took him to the garage area and he began to work. Within an hour he had removed 3 opossums from my garage. After the removal he inspected the entire property and made a few recommendations for prevention. He stated that the animals gained entry through the open garage door as there were no other areas of concern noted. As stated he made his recommendations and we completed our business. The entire process took less than two hours. The technician was punctual, professional and polite. He did not push further products and services on me. He made a few recommendations and left it at that. A very refreshing experience and one greatly appreciated. Should the need arise in the future, I would not hesitate to use this company again.

In late January my wife was in the backyard with our dog when a coyote came out of the bushes behind the house and attacked our dog. My wife was able to scare it away but not before our dog suffered some puncture wounds that had to be treated. Matt from Buckeye Wildlife came out the next day. He did a great job, he took the time to ask us lots of questions about exactly where the coyote came from, the time, etc and was upfront and honest about not being able to guarantee the coyote would even come back where it could be caught. We still agreed to have him set two different wire snare traps to see what would happen. Buckeye would periodically contact us to see how the snares were doing and to confirm if we still wanted them or not. In early March one of the snares caught a coyote. Even tho it was a Sunday Matt was there within about an hour to remove it. We will definitely use Matt and his company again for any of our animal removal or pest control needs. The service was prompt, professional and courteous and they did a great job.
