Skunk was trapped in 1 day where another company had failed for 2 weeks! Solutions for controlling mice population planned for instead of bandaid treatment of mice traps. Also plan for screen for the overhang of house by crawl space where things were burrowing. Collin was professional and understood needs and offered permanent solutions.

After cancelling my initial appointment with GREENIX due to poor customer service, I researched further. I found Buckeye Wildlife Solutions whose website is very professional. I was in a personal time crunch and needed service right away. BWS were immediately helpful. The following day Collin came to my home to assess the situation and laid traps inside. I didn't have the time to invest in an outside plan which I wish I would have done earlier. Collin was prompt, courteous (important to me), professional, and is very knowledgeable about this field of study. He kept me informed of what he was doing and laid out the immediate plan and a potential 6 month-1 year plan for inside the house. I am very pleased with the results of his service and would highly recommend BWS and Collin's service with rodent control.

Matt set a trap, monitored the situation for a week and kept me informed along the way. The raccoon avoided the trap, but they repaired the damage inside and outside the house. I'm very pleased with the work they did and while I hope to never have this situation again would highly recommend them

We were lucky and the mom walked into the trap within the first 24 hours. The five babies were still small enough that they were able to remove them and the nest when they came for the mom. One baby did run, but they were still able to get it. I was very pleased.

they captured 5 squirrels and repaired entrance through rough, the only problem I had was the cost of removal of each squirrel, the deal with Angie's list was a very good price, they were punctual, professional, thorough and provided me with emails on the cost work, I would use them again

Collin and his team assessed the situation and assured me they had done this before many times and that they would be able to handle it within a short period of time. They gave me an estimate and got to work fast. I was very pleased with their prompt arrival, professionalism, fair price and they handled the animals with care.

The job was taken care of by Matt. As the bills piled up, he explained everything and said I could think about it and call him later but everything was taken care of in an hour or so.

Matt was able to come same day to evaluate the situation while other companies didn't have the availability. He was thorough and explained everything well. Follow up was as promised...someone came out daily to check the situation.

They helped secure all the areas of the house that were vulnerable; a single phone call was all it took -- they set traps; removed the squirrel and made the repairs. Very professional. Buckeye Wildlife Solutions was great; incredibly responsive and communicative. I was very concerned about skunk issues on my and my neighbor's properties due to their odor leaking into my house. BWS answered my inquiry immediately and came out right away. Talked to my neighbors to answer their questions, too - and always responded to texts and phone calls promptly. Highly recommend them!.

I guess it was okay. It was fine. We weren't able to actually capture the critters that were giving us the problem, but they were pretty proficient in coming out and checking. I don't remember there being any problems. They came shortly after the purchase date. I don't remember anything negative that sticks out with me.
