As always Matt and his crew are awesome. We have used Matt for several years and always a job well done.

We had a raccoon that had gotten into the attic of our home and had done some damage. Dave helped us identify that it WAS a raccoon (saw it) and then set traps. Fortunately, the raccoon left on its own volition and Dave recommended some repairs and other work that would minimize the chances of a repeat raccoon. I was happy that Dave provided a range of options and we could pick what we thought was reasonable.

Buckeye Wildlife has done a great job for us. Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and arrival at the first appointment and each appointment thereafter has been very timely. Matt has a passion for his job that shows in his attention to details, concern for us as customers and care he takes with the animals. A few weeks ago he caught a squirrel that was in our attic and took steps to exclude additional squirrels from entering. Over the weekend when we heard noise in our chimney, we assumed it was another squirrel trying to find a different way inside, but yesterday when Matt inspected the chimney, to everyone's surprise, he found a mallard duck trapped inside. Matt quickly and efficiently removed the duck from the chimney and took it outside to set it free. Happily, the duck wandered around for a minute to get its bearings then flew off into the distance. I was impressed at every step of the process with Buckeye Wildlife. From the initial call to the finalization of the attic work, they were personable and really willing to take their time explaining things to us and answer all of our questions. The knowledge of the critters we were dealing with was impressive - and their follow up after the project was complete was great! While I hope to never need their services again, I would re-hire them in a heartbeat.

David Meter with Buckeye Wildlife was very responsive. He came out the day I called about hearing an animal in my attic. He was very thorough in his inspection inside and outside. He set up traps and a camera to determine what was in the attic -- and sent me videos of the raccoon that was coming and going through my attic vents. It took a few days, but we caught the raccoon and David repaired the vent and added strong screening over the top to prevent future animal guests from moving in. David was easy to work with and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and Buckeye Wildlife!

I chose to go with Buckeye Wildlife Solutions after contacting other companies on Angie’s list because they were not only able to catch any wildlife in the attic, but also to exclude them from entering in the future. Most other companies were interested in “catching the critter” and that was it. Matthew {employee name removed}, one of the owners, arrived at my home promptly and was able to verify that we had mice in our attic. He presented several options that could be performed today or at a later date. Matt was an educated professional who was able to explain how the mice were getting into our home. He also presented us with pictures showing evidence of mouse droppings and areas that needed to be closed up where sections of roofing joined. The first visit I had him close two areas with metal to prevent mice from entering. The second visit a few weeks later, he installed stainless steel vent covers on the roof to prevent entry. He was also able to give me estimates on adding additional insulation and soffit vents. I plan to use Buckeye Wildlife Solutions for additional work in the future. They may not be the least expensive, but there prices are in line for the quality of work performed and their knowledge.

Skunk is gone. David set up multiple traps to catch it and came by daily to check the traps. He was easy to communicate with and very professional.

Another company failed to complete the job and misdiagnosed our problem. Matt was able to take care of our squirrel problem quickly, professionally and effectively.

David set two funnel traps covering the entry points to get any squirrels exiting the attic and two outside roof traps for those squirrels who trying to access the entry points. After about a week, he had caught 6 squirrels. The entry holes were repaired with heavy gauge steel and painted to match our trim. Overall, David and his business partners were excellent to work with. In fact, we are planning to have them return in the spring to trim our trees as a prevention method to keep the squirrels off the roof.

I currently had a varmint control contract with Buckeye Wildlife to remove ground moles. When I called them about scratching noise in the attic I didn't realize that the contract also covered mice. The next day after the call Buckeye Wildlife came out and confirmed that I had mice activity in the attic. They placed traps in two attics and came back two days later and found that they had caught 4 mice. They reset traps and came back two more time during the next week to check traps. With no more catches they pulled the traps and advised me to call if I heard more scratching. During the last visit they informed me that I had snow in the attic from a recent snow storm. So I called a roofing company to come out to identify the source. I will report on that at the conclusion of the roof remediation.

David and Matt are top notch. We had a bat infestation in our attic and had a restoration performed. This company did what it said it would do and even went up and beyond our agreed action plan. They are knowledgeable, upstanding, prompt, trustworthy and flexible. Very highly recommend using this company.

Perfect ! These guys are real pros. They have previous experience, and have gone out on their own to do it the right way. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable and they know what they are doing in both areas (critters and insulation). On time in zero degree weather. Cleanup was spotless. You would never know they were there. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I'm very satisfied with the exclusion work that Collin and the other guys from BWS performed on my property. They're professional and reliable, and I highly recommend them.

David was wonderful to work with. We had issues with squirrels in the attic and he was able to get it taken care of and then repair the damage caused by them. He was great with communication and always let me know what he was going to do before he did it! I will be using Buckeye Wildlife Solutions for any issues I have in the future! Highly recommended!

So far, work appears to be very good. Won't know for sure until next summer but I have full confidence that the job was performed well.

This project went very well. The wildlife expert was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very affordable compared to other companies that I called. I was very happy with the options that he gave me and the house has been repaired for winter.

The company set traps and every day we had fat mice in the traps. We also had them set up outdoor locked traps around the house perimeter and install a rodent protection dryer vent.

Although this service is very expensive, I don't want to set the mole traps and I certainly don't want to mess with a dead mole, so I appreciate that someone is willing to have this type of business. Unfortunately, I'm probably having to pay for my neighbors' mole removal also, since about seven or more were caught this summer, but after these were caught, our yard remained pretty free of moles. There is an annual charge for this service, and on top of that each time a mole is caught, there is a fee also, and that fee is the very expensive one. Nevertheless, our yard was much nicer this summer with the removal of the moles since we did not have uneven ground and trails all over the yard.

Matt was excellent to work with and I developed a genuine trust in his ability. Matt and Colin have a wonderful business model where the customer is treated like family. We found bats and mice in the attic. The problem was addressed and they gave me time to do other work in the attic after insulation removal and re-insulation occurred. I highly recommend this company!!

I have used them on a couple of occasions and have been very pleased. They have helped with mole removal, a problematic woodpecker, and some rodent traps. They even found and removed an aggressive snake while setting the rodent traps!
