We had a structural support in our garage that had rusted out at the base which resulted in a drop in the upper structure of our house of an inch or more. Brian can out and reviewed the issue. He was confident he could fix it but suggested a professional engineer also examine and review before proceeding which he was able to coordinate and also pay for. Then Jay and Dave cut the concrete floor, removed the old support, poured a new concrete footing, installed a very professional looking new adjustable support, readjusted the support beam to its proper position and then replaced the cement floor that had been removed. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the people I worked with. I would definitely use them again. Mark K

They were very thorough and kept us informed during the repairs making sure that we didn't have any questions. Dave was very responsive from the very first phone call I made inquiring about the crawlspace encapsulation . He had appointments available for a quick turnaround--one week from initial appointment to completed project. Dave provided us with our estimate on the same day of our initial appointment. The estimate matched the total cost. Dave communicated efficiently from start to finish! There was a slight hiccup the day of installation; however, Dave went above and beyond to communicate and deliver the completion of the project as scheduled. He also added some touches to the project to make it more appealing and to ensure longevity of the material at the entrance of the crawlspace. Dave left our home clean and ready for us to use the crawlspace for storage. We are VERY happy clients! We would definitely hire Dave in the future!

Dave came out to give estimate on basement walls I thought needed work. Although they had some cracks he was honest and told me they didn’t need reinforced. Impressed with his honestly and not desire to make a quick profit I had him check out another property of mine that had basement issues as well. Dave took care of the issues by putting in a combination of steel beams and carbon fiber strips. Scheduling and payment was easy and Dave and Brian were very professional. I will be using them in the future for any basement issues at my rental properties.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job transforming my dirty, nasty crawlspace into a space my wife and I feel comfortable using for storage. We do not need to worry about any flooding in our crawlspace anymore and are really looking forward to seeing how well this encapsulation helps with my allergies during the Spring. If you go with a big name, expect to pay a big price. Buckeye Basement Solutions was the least expensive option out of all of the quotes I was provided and Dave answered any/all questions that I could throw at him.

I originally had a popular basement company who I picked based off how well known they are and their reliability, won’t be making that mistake again. After a costly repair that had to be removed based off an improper install with only getting 70% refund, Buckeye Solutions were understanding with my financial limitations at this point. Honest, hardworking company whose not going to price gauge you. Will only recommend what’s needed for foundation repair and not working for commissions like other big named basement companies. Buckeye solutions is locally owned without the big company sticker price. Will def be using Buckeye Solutions again! These guys were fantastic.
