Nikki Fetingas (owner) was very prompt in calling back for the initial visit, scheduling appointments to meet at our home, and she arrived on time. She was very pleasant to work with designing something for our paver patio. We loved her idea which was different than other contractors. We paid a deposit April 28, 2010. Work began July 29, 2010. In the time between, I had to call her to see where we were in the lineup. During construction, she was not on sight as often as I had had expected from our discussions. August 5, 2010 she claimed all was completed. There was no poly sand (used for joints) in the paver steps. And there were some areas of the patio where joints needed more sand. She typed up a form and signed it stating that "the sand needed to settle" and we would "touch base" after September 1,2010. I called and emailed in the fall of 2010 and again in the spring of 2011. Her reply was she would call to schedule but never did. There are plants growing up between some of the pavers that could have been prevented. The steps need the sand as well. We had the trellis and pillars painted in the summer of 2011. The painter had to put new nails in parts of the trellis as they had rusted. One piece of the trellis came completely off. The nails used to hold the iron hangers in place were also rusted. The painters comment was that it was not put together very well.
