Description of Work: Joe was Awsome!!! Not only did he replace our sump pump he showed me how to reconnect my back up battery and fixed my downstairs toilet. He had a great personality and showed me how to do things on my own. I hope won't need joe soon, but If i do I will always ask for him

Description of Work: Called them in the evening to snake a drain. Richie showed up again and in the process of dealing with the issue at hand actually found a leaking pipe behind the wall of my basement crawl space! I thought it was a disater. He looked at me and said "I can fix that in about 10 minutes." And he did. He crawled up in a muddy basement crawl space with VERY little room to work and cut out a section of pipe, replaced it with a new one and then calmly went to do what I called them out to do in the first place. All with a very positive and pleasant attitude and professional demeanor. I am also a laborer by trade and all I can say is he is awesome. A guy like Richie gives me hope for the future in this "service economy". Thanks again Richie!

Description of Work: We originally had scheduled an appointment for 10/7/11 to repair a toilet not flushing. They did not show up - then called and left message to reschedule - same day. We called and rescheduled for 10/11/2011 plumber came and rebuilt toiltet and also installed faucet we had purchased. price 261.12 The toilet did not flush completely so we contacted them again on 10/17/11. Plumber came and told us the toilet was too old to be rebuilt and has no jet. Gave an estimate for install 340.00 for round bowl, 395.00 elongated bowl ---- labor and installation 10/18/11 we called and asked if we would receive any credit as the plumber who cam on the 17th said the toilet should not have been rebuilt. should have had a toilet. We were told we would get a 25.00 credit will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I had quite a list of things to do. One hot water tank was leaking. He repaired pipes and added a new pressure tank, switch, heating element and thermostat. He also did work on my second water tank. He repaired leaks in the bathroom and on the kitchen and garage faucets.

Description of Work: WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM THE WORK NECESSARY, BUT STILL CHARGED A SERVICE CALL.

Description of Work: HAD A LEAK IN THE 50 YEAR OLD WATER LINE LEADING TO MY HOUSE. TRENCHED FRONT YARD, INSTALLED NEW SERVICE LINE AND SERVICE VALVE.
