They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained the resolution then tested everything to ensure it was working correctly. Very friendly.

The technician was very capable and had everything working again in about 40 minutes. He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism.

Service was outstanding! Since it wasn't an emergency, they still were out within a couple days. Their fees were very reasonable and less than other quotes.

They sent someone quickly (1-2 days after my call). He snaked the drains 10-20 feet and cleared the clogs. Fast, efficient, professional service at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely use Amanda Plumbing again.

Dan arrived on time, finished the work quickly and neatly. He also went above and beyond by helping my installation of a new tub shoe, which he did not have to do. The prices were as quoted and reasonable. He also gave recommendations on possible future replacements/repairs that may be coming.

Plumber was courteous, listened to my comments concerning installation options, and did an excellent job; cost was higher than the estimate, caused by unforeseen difficulties that required additional work.

This is the second time I’ve had them out. The first time, I had a water line leak spraying a fine mist all over the furnace room. The response to that on a weekend, was phenomenal!! This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. They test out and make sure things are working before they leave. I will tell anyone who needs plumbing work done to call Amanda Plumbing. Thanks guys!!

Technician installed one electronic shutoff valve as well as an additional manual shutoff valve so that any future replacement of electronic valve can be easily done. Professional work and cleanly done.

John the technician assigned to our work order was amazing! He called before arriving, was very courteous and was able to complete the job in under an hour! He also explained everything that he was going to do and provided some professional tips to ensure we were able to handle any “hiccups” that we may have down the road. When we have more pliumbing work to complete we will definitely call Amanda Plumbing again and request John!

They did a great job, replaced hot water tank. A couple of weeks later I thought the new tank was leaking it was not. The gentlemen figured out where the water was coming from cleared the tubing and repaired it. I am going to have them back out to replace a toilet and bathroom faucet. Excellent company.

The plumber came out and replaced the valves in a neat and speedy manner. He inspected his work and found that one valve had a slight leak so he fixed it without adding time to the invoice. He even gave me a tip on how to drain my hot water heater while we waited for the pipes to drain.

They responded quickly and were able to get a tech out on the same day (Sat). Our normal company wasn't going to make it until late Sun. The fee was time based. Part way through the service the line snapped. He spent the next ~30 minutes working to get the broken piece out of the line. It took another ~20 minutes for him to write up the invoice. All of that time was included as part of the service call. Less than two weeks later, the drain backed up again. When I called to let them know and see what they could do, they said the tech noted tree roots and recommended a water jet treatment. As that could not be done when the weather is below freezing, it would be 5 days before they could be out and would cost at least another $400. I called my normal company and they will be out today. I have never had a recurring problem like this in the past with my normal company.

Called for appointment and was able to get within 2 weeks. Austin called in advance to say he was on way. He clearly explained what he was checking and what would occur. He replaced sump pump and check valve, resealed radon cover, and then checked outside to see where sump was draining to. Finally, he tested street drainage with water from the hose. I was very happy with Amanda Plumbing and would use them again, and was happy with Austin's work. I may use in the spring to downspout and drain cleaning. My usual plumber would have only replaced the sump, but would not do drain checking. Amanda is more of a full service plumber, since they handle plumbing, drains, and sewers
