Zac's Auto Care is no longer in business as far as I know. There is another repair shop at his location.

This company is not legitimate. They're fixing people's cars and not doing the work properly. They messed up my water pump and I'm having to have it redone. The bolts were broken off on my original water pump they took off. They put the new one on with a pair of vice grips holding it on and said it was running great. I took it in for service somewhere else for another problem, and the service asked me who put my water pump on. Updated: I went back later to Zac's the very same day after finding out about the vice grips holding the water pump on. The owner said he had fired the guy who did this and would fix the work. I came in 4 hours later, the work was still not done, and I told him this was very unprofessional, and I'd be taking the car elsewhere to get the work fixed, and he should reimburse me to get the work done. He refused to do so. I told him I'd see him in court, and he told me to get off his property. He left me in a bad position as there was a 13 inch snowstorm coming. Two people have told me he's out of business, but he's still taking customers. He's been in the paper for doing drugs and alcohol at work, also.
