I had taken it in for the second time to be serviced on a Tuesday and was told " a couple of days and I d have it back". I waited till the following Monday and still hadnt heard from them as to it being completed. This was the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. I was told the next day(two days prior to Thanksgiving) AFTER I CALLED THEM AND ASKED...that it was done. I called on Friday(day after Thanksgiving) to make sure they were open. I got the "we're with a customer" recording and drove the hour to get to the shop. After arriving there about 11:15 AM, I find the place locked up tight and closed.......WITH NO SIGN SAYING THAT IT WAS TO BE ON THAT DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING...NOR A NOTICE ON THEIR RECORDING. ANY INFORMATION I GOT FROM THEM, I HAD TO CALL AND GET IT OUT OF THEM. IT S D*** UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT AT LEAST CALL SOMEONE AND INFORM THEM THEIR ITEM IS READY TO BE PICKED UP!! BELIEVE ME, I LL NOT USE THIS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL CAST OF IDIOTS AGAIN...I LEARNED MY LESSON.
