They had to come back several times because the bugs kept coming back. The last time they came out they said that they couldn't get rid of them because they are outdoor bugs. They gave me a one year guarantee. The bugs go away for about five weeks and then they come back.

Description of Work: My daughter had a bed bug situation going on that had to be handled asap. They were professional and did a great job. They were on time, very specific at what needed to be done and handled the job with the utmost professionalism.

I have used other exterminators before and never been pleased (try fishing dead squirrells out of a pool)... brian was fantastic
Description of Work: was having trouble with a critter in roof -- brian came out 3 times in april to set traps... never did catch a critter but he admitted bugs are his specialty. He is coming back next week to spray for bugs....

They said that building of nests by wasps and bees can happen if the house has never been inhabited. We never had any problems after they treated the entire house last summer. We had a few nests being built at that time. There were a few places that our contractor hadn’t caulked like around our furnace vent piping and things like that. So, they treated those areas. They used bait traps and they sealed the areas where they thought that the rodents might be entering the house. So, we haven’t had a problem since then. I spent about $100 for the last treatment. Jim Stanley is a definite asset to their company. He is a top notch guy. I was surprised when he showed up because he had semi retired. He did a great job. I am planning to use them again this summer.
Description of Work: We use Buckeye Extermination for pest control. Their last visit to our house was about nine months ago. They sprayed the trim for pests and did a wasp and bee treatment to keep them from building nests around our home. They came out last summer and treated the entire house.
