Just bought brand new wheel and tires and a lift kit on my truck with custom painted calipers. They got undercoat all over them and the body of the truck and left it. Plus they didnt clean the bottom of the truck before spraying because you can see they sprayed over all the dirt and missed a lot of spots. Look around well before committing to getting ANY work done by them.

Brought my car into Ziebart last week for it's annual service. Bought a Diamond pkg when I bought the car in 2012 that lasts as long as I own the car. While sitting at the vet waiting to have to put down my dog, Brian the mgr called and tried to sell every package they sell and I told him no, that I can't afford doing anything extra this time. Later in the day when I went to pick it up, my bill was $250 instead of nothing. When I asked why, he claimed that I told him yes to some rust check and a maintenance deal. I in fact said no to anything. Told me I had to pay or he was keeping my car until the bill was paid. If I tried to take it with my other keys he would call the cops. On top of it all, after having them do a rust proof since the car was 3 years old we saw rust bubbling under the paint above the tire well. When I called him out on it at the beginning of our ! phone call he told me it must have begun rusting before it being treated at Ziebart. A 3 yr old car rusting? So why didn't he or any of the tech's ever point it out to me in previous years?? Terrible customer service from the mgr Brian M Peck. Then got the response from the mgr stating that I wouldn't get any refund. So he's backing an unprofessional, immoral and dishonest manager instead of someone who has previously spent thousands of dollars at his business. So incredibly disappointed and downright ******!

I asked around and everyone I talked to recommended Ziebart; now I know why. It was quick, easy, reasonably priced, and zero worries. I dropped my car off in the morning and by noon it was done. At first it looked a little bubbly and wrinkly, but in a few days it looked perfect - after everything had dried. They told me upfront that it would get better within a week, and it sure did. They definitely know their stuff!

I walked in one Saturday and asked for an estimate, which I received promptly. I made an appointment, which I believe was for the following weekend. It was raining the day of my appointment, and they drove me to the mall so that I could pass the time while my car was being serviced. When the work was finished, they picked me up. I was quite satisfied with the results. The car almost looked like new when they were finished, and it is over eight years old. I would use them again.

I dropped off the truck off the morning of the appointment and picked it up after In got off work, everything went as smooth as silk. The service was promped and very professional.
