Initial contacts went well-helped getting through local architectural problems, although the price was high compared to others I had received, I went along because the local administration in our condo complex stated that they had good experience with them in the past. The contract was signed on 9/24/07 and the work was to be finished within a few weeks, unfortunately things did not proceed smoothly and weeks went past and work was not completed although I kept getting assurances that all would be done "within a few more days". I received an acceptance of a rental ($1200 per month) provided that the tenant could be in by the 1st of the year. October came and went; on November 8 I asked for my deposit back because nothing was happening. Yale refused to give me back my deposit and I kept assuring my prospective tenant that the unit would be ready by the 1st of the year. To cut to the end , the job was NOT finished until APRIL of 2008 and then it was not satisfactory because rain would leak through the roof. Needless to say ,I lost my tenant and have not found a replacement. I still haven't finished paying them because I feel they cost me an income of $1200 per month for several years !!
