They came out quickly after i called. They got the carpet dried quickly and treated with anti mildew products while it dried. After the water was gone they cleaned the carpet very well

They cleaned carpets on two levels of the house. Moved furniture cleaned under it and put it back in place. Also cleaned carpet on basement steps.

X-Tra Care was able to schedule my job within a couple days of my initial phone call, and were were able to provide a quote for everything over the phone. X-Tra Care arrived as scheduled with two trucks and two personable professionals who finished the entire job in under two hours. Very satisfied with the outcome, especially with two rooms where carpets had not been cleaned for many years. The price seemed quite fair considering the scope of work, plus they did not try to "upsell" any additional services. Highly recommend!

The technician arrived on time, actually a little early, and did a great job with the carpet and the upholstery cleaning. The sofa set that I had intended to have cleaned didn't pass their color-fast test (which I appreciated their doing), so he did another sofa that had quite a bit of pet hair on it. It turned out great. I really appreciated the care he took with protecting the legs of furniture items with plastic and foam blocks. And a number of stains that I had found impossible to remove were taken right out. The one complaint I have is that I searched Angieslist using the "with coupon" sort feature, and didn't see any for this company. So I was slightly annoyed to notice their 20% off (up to $25) coupon in my entertainment book three days later (the day the coupon expired). I think that should have been listed on the site. Other than that, I have no complaints and even recommended them to my mother-in-law, who has already booked their services.

This was a great experience. The owner was easy to get in touch with and provided a quote over the phone. The day of service they arrived right on time, answered all of my questions and were finished cleaning the entire house in a short period of time. I would certainly use this team again.

Entire experience was pleasant and professional from start to finish. They showed up on time ... and called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. Professional and courteous the entire time ..... and while he thought he could have done a little better ..... I thought my carpet looked 100 times better than before. I had used Chem-Dry of Dayton for my previous cleaning ..... only to see little or no difference once the carpet dried. Very dissapointed with the entire experience. Not so with the X-tra Care guys ..... couldn't have been happier with the service and results. I highly recommend these guys, and will definetely use their services in the future.

Everything about this company was professional from beginning to end. Carpet looks better than it ever has after a cleaning and it's 18 years old. I think the price was very good but I'm mostly excited about the job very well done.

Overall I was very satisfied

On a Monday I called to schedule the service for carpet cleaning. I had previously received an over the phone quote and was ready to move forward. During that scheduling conversation I was asked what method of payment would be, I stated credit card, the rep said that was fine. I explained to him that I was out of the state but I could provide an over the phone payment if he emailed an invoice/estimate to me, he said that was fine and it would be provided 'when the job is complete.' I gave him my email, and we set up the appointed slot time, Tuesday 12-2 pm, so that I could coordinate for someone to be at the unit to open up for his crew. Never in the conversation did the rep stipulate that I needed to pre-pay for services, or that payment had to be absolutely collected at the time they arrived at the unit. So I receive a call at 3pm, one hour later than the appointed time slot of 12-2 pm, with the rep asking me for my credit card number - I stated to him that I was not in my office and did not have that information on me, could I please call him back and just have the crew get started? He stated that I would have to reschedule, when I was in mid-sentence trying to get an explanation from him on why this was not stipulated up front, he hung up on me in mid sentence. I tried to call him back right away but no one answered! Hanging up on a client is unacceptable - I would have prepaid him if he had just sent me something in writing stating the final amount and been upfront about it. He not only wasted my time but also my local manager's time, who had to drive out to the unit to open up, and was on call for one hour later than she was supposed to, because they were also one hour late.

They did a great job! We had just purchased a 5200 sqft home that had horrible carpets. we thought we would have to replace it, it was so bad! They came out and spent several hours cleaning and scotch guarding it. They also cleaned a sofa chair we had. When they were done, it looked like brand new carpet! They worked very hard, never stopped for a break, never complained about the heat. I told them I would wait a few weeks to do a review because it has been my experince in the past that when the carpets are cleaned, it always looks good at first, but after a few weeks, stains resurface, and it looses that "just cleaned" look. However, it has been over 3 weeks, and it looks great. There are a few spots that were really bad that you can see a faint hint of a stain, but they told us upfont that may happen with how bad the stains were. Also, this house was vaccant for 2 years, so stains were very set in. Even in the spot or two that still is a shade darker than the rest, it looks 200 percent better! I am very pleased! There were'nt the cheapest, but they werent the most expensive either. I choose them simply because of the wonderful reviews on this site, and I am glad I did! I probabley could have saved a little money and went with a cheaper company, but I know if i would have, it would not have looked this good three weeks later. Also, I love that they scotch guarded the carpet! We have a little dog who has already brought in dirt, and had an accident, so far, everything has come right up! Great investment, and decion, we highly reccommend! A pleasure to work with!

Greg did an excellent job. He took his time, he was very courteous, and he was easy to talk to. So often, you feel like a prisoner in your own home when someone comes in to provide a service. He took extra time to give special attention to a few accidents from my pet. Greg was both personable and professional. I would definitely use this company again to clean my carpets.

Absolutely perfect. This is the second time I have used X-tra Care. They cleaned the carpet throughout the house three years ago, and did an outstanding job then as well. They are reasonably priced and very professional.
