Description of Work: They replaced the fireplace mantle with a new one they constructed and removed a drop-in range and range hood. They replaced the drop-in range with a stand-alone range and replaced the range hood and added a cabinet over the range hood. I provided the new range and range hood. |The workmanship was excellent and the timing was reasonable. I appreciated the fact that they spent the extra time to make sure that the installation was exactly what I wanted. I will use them again when I have another project.

Description of Work: I had 4 windows replaced. The owner brought the installer with him when he demonstrated his product. Both were very helpful with measuring and offering options as to the style and type of trim. I was presented with a detailed written estimate. Thought there was a slight delay in getting the trim installed due to a change in the manufacturer's ordering system, they were very diligent in tracking down the missing material and expiditing its shipment.

Description of Work: 20 Windows were replaced. John was very professional as were Toby and Jimmy. They were punctual, friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend Window and Door Designs, LLC for window replacement and any other home improvement services.

Description of Work: Installed ProVia garden door w/built-in blinds, plus 20 double-hung ProVia Aeris vinyl windows and glass for 5 transoms. The installers did a great job...windows look very nice! We plan to use Window and Door Designs when we're ready to replace our front door and remaining windows.

Description of Work: They were very meticulous and did a good job with the installation, however they haven't been particularly helpful with a problematic safety feature on the windows. Specifically, they only came out once to help and merely left the necessary parts to fix any future issues which we interpreted as their unwillingness to come back in the future. As far as I am concerned, he just ignores the problem. And his guarantee of the windows lasting for life is not. He said we would never have to paint the windows again and after 4 or 5 years, they are chalky.

Description of Work: John replaced our patio door. He treated us just like family. We are so excited to be using them again for our windows. I highly reccomand him and his crew.

Description of Work: Owner, John Pulsac, was replacing the front entry door and side lights of our own home when a strong hail storm and strong winds damaged a rental property [home] we also own in Centerville, Ohio. Pulsac told us he also did roofing, had own roofing team, and by using him we could be certain the job would be done "right". We signed a contract for him to do the roof replacement of this small ranch home and sent it in to State Farm. The job was started about a month later, and it was soon apparent 'his' roofers had no idea what they were doing. The roofing 'supervisor' couldn't even tell me the name of the company he was working for. They damaged much of the spouting etc. during the tear off, and there was a huge amount of sharp pieces of debris in the yard where the little ones usually would play. We later learned the roofers working on other homes in this heavily damaged area, monitored these guys lack of progress daily and talked between themselves of our crews ineptness. Day #8 on our job, [basically a three bedroom home] John's ["personal team"] was only half way finished with our roof, when we experienced a midnight torrential downpour. The flimsy tarp used overnight was not tacked down properly, and the heavy rain poured in and disrupted the family living there, ruining the newly remodeled family room, the kitchen, and all that was stored in the attic. I immediately fired John Pulsac's "team" from the job, leaving us with a heavily damaged home and an uncompleted roof. Because the other roofers working across the street felt so bad for us, they agreed to correct and finish the job, They got a large crew together and completed our the job the following Saturday. Servpro was in for weeks. The renters, a young couple with two little children and two dogs were greatly inconvenienced for weeks by the heavy equipment blocking pathways in their home, the dust from the tear out of ceilings, walls, electric changes, seventeen bags of soaping wet insulation removed from the attic, etc. When I think of this man's personal greed, lack of integrity, dishonesty and arrogance it makes me physically ill. He basically hired untrained laborors to do our job.to line his own pockets. We only hope he learned a lesson to not misrepresent himself nor his company in the future. In our opinion he is not professionally ethical.

I wanted wooden doors but couldn't really afford it. John convinced me that steel doors would work well and look great, and he was absolutely right.

Description of Work: We contacted John about installing all new windows in our home. We wanted to do the installation over a period of several months to spread out the expense as we wanted to pay for it as it was installed and John was very agreeable to this arrangement.

Description of Work: -In-home consultation: He brought us two mini-window displays to see the difference in quality. He showed us past projects on his website. He measured the windows. -Within a few days, I received a quote. I think it was via email. -We ordered 2 wood casement windows and one pop-out window over the kitchen sink. I LOVE the pop out because it gives an uninterrupted view outdoors! (His idea!!!!) -Windows professionally installed. One of the window was huge and I thought would be difficult to install....but they handled it like pros! -They re-did ALL of our windows wood trimwork in the family room and kitchen. We opted to stain ourselves to save some $, but they do offer that service as well.
