Description of Work: We had new flooring installed in two bathrooms. Several years ago an installer from a different company had done some poor work on the transition piece in another room. It looked really bad. When I told him about it, he said he would fix it for us at no extra charge.

+ -1 moreWe called Westcott Flooring They came and gave us an estimate on installing the new floor. We accepted their proposal set a Date and Time. They arrived at 9:00 and starting working they could not get the old tile up. At our approval they put down a skim coat to level the floor , applied the glue and started laying the new tile. They worked untill it was done around 8 pm. The floor look's beautiful, they did an excellent job.
Description of Work: We purchased the DuraStone Tile from Menards cost 728.83. We hired Westcott flooring to install the tile in our kitchen. Total cost:: $ 1144.83.

+ -1 moreWhen Kyle Westcott arrived for the installation estimate, he arrived promptly. He not only measured the area, he measured each room at least four time, and had a plan on how to lay the carpet to make sure all the nap is in the same direction. I did have an estimate for a little cheaper, but this guy was rude on the phone. When he arrived for the installation, he arrived within the window of time he provided (which was one hour). He was friendly, but worked with dedication. He didn't have a helper with him, which he had planned on, so it did take longer then initially thought. However, this wasn't a problem and the carpet looks fantastic. Will look forward to him completing the flooring in the rest of the house when more funds come available.
Description of Work: Carpet installation for living room, dining room, one bedroom and small hallway. I had already purchased 60 sq. yd. of carpet and padding for this project
