+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier with the end result; it turned out better than I imagined!! I got estimates from 3 different contractors and you could tell from the amount of measuring, attention to detail and the formal contract drawn up that Bilbrey was thoroughly estimated and very professional. Michelle was very patient with me to get the right products and colors chosen. I did have to wait a couple months once I sighted the contract, to get on their busy schedule, but they completed the whole project in a couple weeks, within the estimated time once started. The demolition work was fairly significant, and the workers were very neat, leaving the area clean after each day. Also was very impressed with the quality of the installs and the friendliness of the employees. Their estimate was more expensive than the other bidders, but I don't regret choosing them because of the quality of the work and they got it exactly how I wanted it.... even better.!
Description of Work: Master bathroom remodel including the following: removal of jacuzzi tub, tiled walls, toilet, linolium floor, sink and light fixtures, install new shower - new decorative tile walls, glass dividing wall, toilet, light and sink fixtures. Install pebble tile flooring, paint room and finish.

Description of Work: Just had garage additional completed,used Bilbrey Construction because of excellent work done in the past.Mr Bilbrey came out gave the estimate,then was there to over see the job,his crew were professional and completed the job in the time frame we discussed,Very Happy with completed job and will use in the future,several neighbors have came over and wanted to know who did the work,gave them Mr Bilbreys phone number.

Description of Work: We called W. E. Bilbrey & Sons General Contractor & had them come out to give us an estimate on some remodeling we wanted finished in our 3 bathrooms, kitchen, & dinning room. Mr Bilbrey arrived at out house on August 24,2011 at 4pm for our 3pm appointment. He did have his office call to let us know that he would be running late.When he arrived he was very nice &professional did the walk thru of our house while we showed him what we wanted done..I requested if possible I wanted the work to be completed by the 1st week in October. Bill Bilbrey told me that he was not sure he would be able to do that. So he told me that he would go back to his office & check his schedule & call me the next morning ( Thursday the 25th) to let me know...As of today September 15,2011 I have yet received a phone call from him. On September 7,2011 I called his office & spoke to his secretary & informed her that I have not received an estimate or a phone call from them yet & she said that it took 10 days to complete an estimate & that one would be sent out then...Well as of today September 15,2011 I have yet to hear from Mr. Bill Bilbrey or anyone from his company...so we went with another contractor...So if I was to recommend him no I would not apparently he feels he does not have to follow through with his word....or show respect to his clients...

+ 7 moreIt cost me about $30000. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would highly recommend them. They kept us informed. There were three guys who worked on it. Mr. Bilbrey himself used to come in every few days to see how things were going. They kept us up-to-date if something unexpected happened. We live in an old house which is almost 100 years old. So, we didn’t know what they would find behind the walls or anything like that. The experience was great. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: W E Bilbrey & Sons remodeled our kitchen last year. They started in the beginning of April and got it done in the beginning of June. They completely tore out the kitchen from the ceiling to the floor all the way. They also tore out the walls and everything. They put in a new ceiling, new floor, new cabinets, new cupboards, new sink and new countertops. They did the electrical work and plumbing work. They had to take out my dishwasher and put it back in. They painted the kitchen and they installed backsplash on for me. It was a completely brand new kitchen.
