Nice people to deal with.

My job wasn't a very big one but Van Martin treated it like it was their only one. Very fast response to my request for an estimate and the work was completed within a week. The roofer that did the job was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again!

they didn't show up as scheduled, had to reschedule and they still haven't done the work even tho they have our $400 deposit very poor service!!

Van Martin was competitively priced. We originally were going to go with a company that was slightly lower; however, they didn't respond to multiple attempts to schedule the work. That seemed to be an omen that we shouldn't go with them. In contrast, Van Martin was extremely responsive and scheduled our repair in a timely manner. They did a fine job with no mess. They delivered as promised.

Showed up on time and went to work. Very satisfied with the job. I would recommend Van Martin.

I had a leaky skylight that gave up in December with our 3" rain. I called Van Martin, the estimator showed up, told me the out the door price and I gave him a deposit. While I am sure I could have price shopped this, I would rather get a quality job the first time around.... and I did. The employees showed up to do the job 47 degree day, both happy and cheerful when they got there, and left the same way, just 2 guys wanting to do a quality job for the company they worked for, and loved. This is not something I see much anymore. They matched the dimensional shingles that were on the house for close to 15 years, both in color and design, the skylight install was 100% solid, these guys cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the job before they left, and when they left, THEY thanked me for hiring their company for the job. Will I use this company again, absolutely, I am very satisfied that I was able to find a company that stands behinds their work, does quality work and the employees like working there, that speaks volumes about the company. Very professional in every way. Did an excellent job. This was difficult repair. Not all roof repair outfits prepared to handle this. Proposals from other people did not include everything.

Excellent work. On time. Excellent clean up. Sales person answered all questions over the course of several sales visits. He visited the site during the replacement process to make sure all was going as promised. Minor call back issue was take care of with out delay. Problem with roof drain ( clogged down spout) that showed up some months after installation, was resolved by sales person at no charge.

I'll know for sure the next time we get a heavy rain, but they seemed to know what they were doing and were very quick. Cost to replace gutter guards was half what I paid in 2003.

This was an insurance job on a rental property. So when they finally got their end handled, Van Martin was out in 1 day. I think it took 2 1/2 days to complete and it look great!

Had them repair a leak around the chimney. Came and gave a thorough inspection and complete estimate. Work was performed quickly (one day). They cleaned up and hauled everything away with them.
