Jason from Van Martin Roofing provided excellent/timely service for our roofing inspection. Being a landlord geographically separated from my rental home, having contractors I can trust is essential Van Martin Roofing was out at my home within 24hrs and sent me a full inspection that same day. At no time did I feel taken advantage of because I was not on site. The assessment was honest and thankfully did not require any repairs at this time. As a bonus, Jason replaced a missing cap that had allowed a bird to come in and build a nest in the roof���FOR FREE!!! 100% satisfied. Recommend

Replaced my skylights with Vluxe FS D06 skylights. Excellent work done by Ronny and his helper. We have several hard rains since the installation with no leaks.

I request a roof repair and they did the repair and will guarantee the work for 10 years, which was 1/10th of the highest quote, and 1/8th the price of the next lowest quote. All other quoted a complete tear off, and new roof, when my roof was only 11 years old. One contractor even told me I didn't need a new roof, and still gave me a quote for a new roof rather thana repair which is what I asked for. Van Martin, did what I asked, and were very professional.

Wilheim Restoration representative looked at the roof and said he would send me a cost estimate - he never did. Benchmark Roofing made an appointment with me but never showed up. Van Martin was on time and gave me a complete and timely estimate of the the roofing cost. Their price was much higher than expected but i went ahead with the work because Ithe shingles selected were top of the line, I felt the company would do a good job, a guarantee, and the work would be done in a timely manner, befor the winter snow. The crew was excellent, no horse play - only hard work and the work was done in two days between rains. Excellent clean-up.

Called immediately and did repair as soon as weather permitted. Price was extremely reasonable.

It's really too early to make a quality rating. This call was for a leak around a skylight. The repair was prompt at reasonable cost. We'll see if the job was good quality after the next significant downpour. For now, I'll assume the repair will be effective.
