The service was fine. They came out when they said they would. The workers were fine.

The guys came 5 min before the scheduled time. They did thorough job inspecting ( taking pictures for us to see), fixing minor problems and discussing the treatment plan.

Great. I didn't even have to be home for the repair. It was completed in a couple hours. First Jason came out, gave me the estimate and showed me pictures of what we were dealing with. He was very professional. After I received the estimate, they were able to schedule the work within the next week. Very quick. Would definitely use again.

They came out the same day of purchase, which was good. They seemed friendly. Dustin told me that the owner was the kind of guy who did the "right thing." Is this part of the sales pitch? They looked at the outside roof that was directly above the bay window. I did not see them set foot on the roof of the house or the garage. I even let them into the attic area and they did not go all the way into the attic to exam the entire underside of the roof and I know that you can not see it all from the attic stairs. So, I am not sure if there are other issues to deal with. They did a couple very simple rain gutter repairs that I requested. Once they finished, it took them several days to provide an estimate of $600 and with the $100 supposed discount, the final quoted repair cost would be $500. This is all to repair the portion where the bay window roof meets the main wall of the house. I have no idea it this $500 is a deal or not. Later, I discovered that I needed gutter repair on my garage and would rather have that done first. Since I knew this company did this too, I asked to apply the discount I purchased to that repair. It took them 4 business days (not counting the weekend) to tell me that the discount was "strickly" for roofing repair, according to Dustin. Personally, I don't see the difference as it is still a repair with the same company. Quite frankly, I am not happy and would rather have my money back. As far as I am concerned, they didn't even do $50 worth of work that I actually paid not to mention the discount I thought I would get. The value of this was supposed to be $250. Really? Did I see that in any way? Nope. Wasted money on my part.

They contacted us right away to schedule and promptly arrived on time. He had to go get some different equipment as my roof was too steep, but he returned quickly. He quickly fixed it. I am glad there are still some quality providers who are willing to come out and do the repair jobs. Previously, everyone want to come out and quote a roof, when all we needed was a small repair. I would use them again for any other roofing jobs that I may need.

The service was good. There was one worker. He did an excellent job. He is very proficient. He got everything done pretty quickly. The work was completed very promptly. He did it on the time they told us. The experience was very good.

The entire transaction was with Jason. Jason was extremely responsive and called several times to follow through and was really concerned about making sure that I was satisfied. He went above and beyond. He didn't charge me for the addition of the screen. He also would drive by the property to see if the slats were straight. He was the one that noticed they were bent and proactively straightened. The level of customer service was way beyond my expectations and I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

An excellent, expert gutter/downspout/leaf barrier installation was begun this morning and professionally completed this afternoon at my home. Van Martin's initial representative for the free estimate was thorough, offered sensible observations and provided a comprehensive estimation along with warranty explanations. Jason effectively communicated in a very timely manner and assured me the installers would be punctual, courteous, careful and very experienced. Indeed, they were in fact all that and more. Not only were they careful while on my property, but they policed my property afterwards, removing all the old guttering and any remnants of their work. They effectively installed the gutter system at a pitch which will allow for proper water flow. Ethan and Virgil worked well together and were personable and respectful of my wife and myself. I am glad I selected Van Martin Roofing for this contract. Collectively, they perform professionally as a team. Individually, they're polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Terrific! Suggested re-caulking around the chimney and they said we should see if that does the trick since the roof didn't appear to have issues. I appreciated that they suggested the cheaper route (which was free for me with my Angie's List deal) first with option of doing more work in the event this application of new caulk doesn't do the trick. The guy took lots of pictures and was very nice. On time and finished quickly. A+

Van Martin ended up doing the estimate on the repairs. They said that everything would be good to go after the work was done. Once the work was complete a gentlemen came down off the roof and proceeded to tell us that we would need a new roof next summer (quoted $16,000) that there were soft spots. My question is, why didn't they include or tell us that with the initial inspection? Then come to find out that we had a squire problem and that there were holes where they were accessing our attic from the roof. We have pictures! Why wasn't that told to us? Then once we looked at the roof why was there exposed boards up there. What they did was a half a** job. Which is sad because we've gotten great reviews from other people about them, Saying they were the best roofers around the area.

It took longer then they said it would for the install. Jim, the that gave estimate was fine. Doug the guy that schedules apts seemed nervous when we went to pay deposit- no word. We were getting read to cancel, and they had already been there & put them up, the day before

I had a great experience with Van Martin Roofing. They were very professional and explained in detail how they were going to do the work. We have had several days of rain, and I have not seen any issues with the dormer. They also spent time making sure the couple of shingles that were replaced matched the rest of the roof well. I am very pleased and feel they really care about providing quality work.

Doug went out of his way to get a tech out quickly and the quality of service was great. He was very quick to respond every time I requested contact with him. I would recommend VanMartin Roofing to anyone!

We submitted the claim through insurance and everything was taken from there. We met several times before the installation with one of their representatives, Jason Taylor, who was an outstanding gentleman, took the time to point out helpful things and ask relevant questions. I couldn't be happier with not only the above-par level of service, but I also have great faith in the quality of workmanship.

They were pretty competitive. The crew that we had come in, there are 3, they did a good job, worked pretty efficiently, the end product is very good, they did it pretty quickly, so I was real happy with that finish product. I don't have any problems with them at all.

From the first contact, every aspect of this roof job was performed in a courteous and professional manner. They handled all the paperwork and and did the communications with the insurance company. All work was done on time, and a thorough clean up of the area was done upon job completion. I could not have asked for, or expected a higher quality job. From start to finish this was an A1 job done by an A1 company.

Van Martin was quickest to perform the bid. I was able to choose the gutter color to match the existing green metal roof. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They even added an extention on one of the downspouts to account for the slope away from that side of the barn. I will definitely hire them again if I have any roofing needs!

We have been very pleased with the service and work provided from Van Martin from start to finish. A quote was provided within 48 hours of our initial request. They also honored a promotional special on Angie's List for a discount on the leaf guard installation. They were prompt and courteous on installation day. Clean up of the work site was very thorough. We had one minor issue with a connector shortly after the installation and they immediately responded to the issue and replaced the leaky connector. I would definitely recommend their services.
