We worked with Chris Sanchez from SouthTowne Plumbing, a division of universal heating and cooling. Chris was a professional and knew his stuff. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The day of the install of toilet and water heater he was quick and efficient.

Straight forward. Reasonably priced. Was able to come out to replace a furnace the next day even though I had no relationship with them previously. I will definitely use them again.

Received same day service on the replacement of my AC unit.

Everything from the estimate to the install was way beyond expectations. We had our central A/C replaced with a new Trane system. The price was great....in fact the same Trane was about $500 more from another company! The install went smoothly. They even arrived early to the install. Very nice installers, explained things as they went. They cleaned up any mess they made. The whole process took maybe 2-2 1/2 hours. Now the system is so quiet I don't even notice the A/C kicking on or off for that matter. Overall great experience and an awesome Warranty. I highly recommend them. They made another lifelong customer here!

Contractor was very fast doing the project and very communicated.

The sales contact was very knowledgeable and even better, listened to my situational needs. He suggested a very affordable but effective furnace unit and never tried to upsell me but provided his experience with the equipment in question. While I did my own research to verify ratings etc he made himself available to answer my questions directly over the course of the weekend. The instill was done quickly but well and the cleanup was acceptable . I will use them again in the future.

They provided a quick response. I reached out about 5am, having been without heat all night. They came out to my house by 7am, diagnosed the problem, then returned later that day to offer a short term solution to get me through the holiday weekend. They provided a couple of options for complete resolution. I decided to replace my furnace and AC unit, which they completed right after the holiday. I would recommend them.

Universal Heating and Cooling installed a new central air conditioning unit in my home two days after I called them. They were prompt and courteous and did a professional job at a reasonable price. If I have HVAC problems again I will call them.

I thought it was strange that he thought I was going to replace my old A/C unit after getting it repaired. If I was going to replace it then I would not have had the old unit fixed. Other than that I thought the service was good and the technician on time.
