There were several issues along the way. Jake was professional and kept good communication. He was never actually on the job site outside of quoting. The guys he hired did a great job on the actual deck. Better than I expected in some areas. They did a terrible job on the roofing and gutter portion. had to hire another contractor to come out and correct their work after multiple failed attempts in getting Jake's crew to fix their short comings.

The owner of this company is a local fireman, and a lot of people in my neighborhood have used his service. He came in at a great price and made me feel like I was getting in a good deal. After completion, I began to notice some flaws. There were nails sticking out through overhangs, and after further inspection. In the deal, he said that he'd give me a certain amount of square footage of wood underlay. There are gaps in between these in my workroom. There was no one there to supervise the workers on the second day as well.
