I liked that I was able to pick how I wanted the house cleaned. Kelly was willing to do detailed cleaning in some areas like kitchen and bathrooms and just do light touch-up in other areas like guest rooms. The cost was based on the time we estimated it would take for her to clean the house the way I wanted it. We agreed on the cost up front. We talked on the phone before my appointment. She cleaned the house when I was at work. I liked that she texted me with a couple questions when she got there. When she left she texted me that she was done and was heading out. When I got home everything was done as agreed sparkled above expectations. And there were fresh baked muffins in the oven when I got home.
