That Carpet Guy

When he got here and looked at what needed to be done, he suggested that we have a plumber come to repair the toilet before he replaced the flooring with vinyl. He even gave us a name of a plumber. After replacing the toilet, he was able to finish the flooring. Excellent job!!! We'll certainly use him when needed. Very reasonable. Now we can finish the bathroom by painting the walls and woodwork.

We have two stairs to a lower level that are covered in hardwood. They were very slippery, so we opted to put carpet on them. I called Gary after having a great experience with his service about a year ago. He used by existing, matching carpet remnants, supplied a pad, installed and seamed the carpet. When he removed the glued-down wood floor, the glue took some of the concrete slab with it. Gary put down leveling compound to fill and seal the area. The finished work is as expected. Absolutely seamless. I will always ask Gary to do any carpeting jobs. He always has good stories about the business, as well.
