+ 0 moreTerry Corp is the original Foundation Installer for our basement when built. During the closing process a previously filled leak was seen leaking again. The seller called them and they did another blow-in fill. I called them and they said it they would extend the warranty upon sale. I called them literally 11 times and left messages without any response. They may have closed because NO ONE answers or returns calls. Since they were unresponsive, I called others to give repair quotes and the others stated that because they did the blow filler and it is still leaking the only real way to repair is to repair from the outside....about a $2,000 charge. Thus, after 3 quotes all saying similar on the lack of quality repairs done by them, i stopped trying to get them to return phone calls since they don't seem to do quality work anyway.
