Bill Fischer opened Sure Green Irrigation in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Installation bids are free for both business and residential customers; half down is required with a signed contract, and the balance is due upon completion. All other services are billed upon completion of the job with payment due within 30 days. The small business strives to reach customer satisfaction and uses high quality materials.

They wanted to charge me an additional $10 to write a check. My wife wanted to pay cash to avoid this and then the gentleman didn't have any change. They made her write a check for the additional 10$. I tried calling them multiple times and they have yet to call me back. I recently got a letter letting me know it was time to turn the system back on even though they never responded to my calls previously.
Description of Work: came in to shut off water system.

I apologize for the inconvenience and low quality of service that you experienced. The act was unacceptable and not the standards that we strive for with our company. I was unaware of the situation at the time, but the employee that you had dealt with no longer works for us, as we do not tolerate those who do not meet customer satisfaction. I will reimburse you with a ten dollar check that you should be receiving in the mail shortly. Also for your inconvenience, a $50 credit will be included that can be used toward any of our services. He's been pretty good, he does a good job. His prices are reasonable. He offers a mirriage of services I haven't used yet. I've used him for over 5 years now.
Description of Work: They take care of my irrigation system, shut it off for the winter, etc.
