Superior Window & Gutter Cleaning

The 3-man team from Superior was incredibly personable, friendly and professional - and on time. The windows, which have never been cleaned in our six years in this house, now look crystal clear. The difference is amazing. The price was a little high... but I feel like we paid for high quality work from a trustworthy team... under those circumstances, it was worth the price and we'll pay it again the next time we need our windows cleaned. I could not be happier with the service we received.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they did! They are all employees of Superior not 1099 and you can tell the difference. They are not the cheapest in price, BUT worth every penny...they do an excellent job AND took all the muck out of the gutters with them and cleaned up after they were done. VERY IMPRESSED!

The house is a tall structure, requiring extremely tall ladders. They brought the correct equipment, and did a very good job cleaning all of the windows.

Have used Superior for a number of years, for both gutter and window cleaning. Only needed gutter cleaning this year as we are replacing windows next month. Incredibly nice people, good on the phone, scheduled our job in less than a week, did an excellent job, even replaced a couple of missing gutter guard screens and straightened a crooked chimney cap at no extra charge. If every company was as nice to deal with as these folks, there would be no need for Angie's List.

Great experience. They came right out for the estimate. I needed to wait a few weeks to schedule. When I did, they were scheduling three weeks out. The rain we'd gotten this spring set them behind and they were catching up. Absolutely not their fault. The cleaner did a great job, my windows sparkle, and I swear my house is brighter than before!

It went great. I called and Steve came out either the same day or the next day to give us an estimate. He was very professional and itemized everything. His guys arrived precisely on time. They were very courteous and professional as well. They cleaned all of our windows, inside and out and did a great job.

Got name from Angies List. Came out and gave estimate same day. However it took 3 weeks for my call to accept estimate to be returned. Overall it was an excellent experience. The people were professional and personable. They did a great job and were done quickly. I would use them again.

The person came on time. Wore covers on his shoes. Put down plastic to put tools on. Was neat in apperance and respectful. Worked non stop and quitely. Called in help in the afternoon to finish the job. The windows look better than they ever have and now, I know who to call.

They were immediately responsive (one of their crews came out to provide an estimate on the day I called). They were very professional on the phone, minimally invasive and asked me where would be the best place to deposit the debris, rather than dump it on the ground. The cleaning crew was just one guy, but he was polite, professional, well-dressed and arrived in a company truck. I felt comfortable with the experience and will be calling them more than once a year now.

They did a great job. You don't think of needing a high level of service from a window and gutter cleaner - you just want the windows and gutters cleaned, but Steve has given it a professional approach to this kind of work. He took care of the little things - those things you don't really care about until you notice them - and they're done right - like using booties when inside the house just to make sure that his people don't cause any other dirt. What a nice experience - and his prices were very competitive, too.

Job 1- They arrived on time and did a fantastic job!! Employees were clean cut and very courteous. They used protective shoe covers while cleaning the interior of my windows. All furniture was returned to its original location. They were a very nice crew and displayed a professional attitude. A great overall experience! Job 2- Very great company with quality in mind. They showed when they said they would, didn't throw leaves all over my property and were very easy work with. They have a great system of doing things and the results were outstanding. They didn't lean ladders against any of my spouting or gutters while performing their work (which I was initially worried about). They removed all debris, flushed all the gutters, and were very affordable. I would definitely refer this company to a friend or neighbor if the need presents itself.
