We contracted with Donnie to remove and replace a deck and convert a newly roofed spa room into a three season room. Our scope of work was as follows: Remove hot tub-including electric disconnect. Remove and replace deck-reduce size to approx. 9.5x20. Reroute downspouts. Reshape back flower bed to conform to new deck footprint. Remove carpeting /replace. Wash walls with fungicide. Paint walls and ceiling trim. Caulk corners. Replace deck light and porch lights. Replace three doors: French doors to 3 season room, outside to deck, screen door to garage (locking storm door) Donnie quoted us a very reasonable labor price as we had specified that we would pay for all materials needed. Work began and they ran into some unexpected problems: water damage on exterior wall under siding required replacement of the entire wall and siding which was done at a reasonable price the same day. There were other problems which were also worked around at fair expense for labor. Donnie had some great ideas like painting the brick walls white to make the room look larger and protect the grandkids from scraping themselves on the rough brick and adding a lot of gravel under the deck to help drainage issues. If Donnie and his crew are going to do your project for you, book them now since their schedule fills up fast. The end product is everything we wanted and more.

I contacted several other businesses and Superior was the only one that contacted me and continued to contact and keep in touch. Install was quick and we would highly recommend them.

It went great, he was very professional, nice guy, he was on time when he said he would be there and fixed the doors in less than an hour, super great service, he also tighten the screws in the front door for no price and fixed the screen door lock

Donnie and his crew were great. They stayed busy and not only painted and patched 3 rooms, but also installed a fan with lights in 1 bedroom. Donnie is a good guy and I will have him back to do more work on our house as we prepare it for sale this spring. I think that his pricing was reasonable.

Donnie and his team work long and hard to clear out my properties of the debris left by the tenants. It took about two weeks. It was quite a mess and they did the job wonderfully. The yard work was done so well I may not need any additional work done as I expected. The properties are now prepared to rehab as needed and I will probably use Donnie and his team for the work. Great job done !

Donnie and his crew repaired the drywall as I requested. When he came to measure we talked about replacing the insulation that had been removed from the ceiling of the garage. I added that to the scope of work and they did a good job of insulating the garage. They also put a vapor barrier over the insulation to protect it. Then I mentioned that now that the mold was mitigated I could start emptying the large POD I had in my driveway. I had to rent it to store everything that would go into the basement because nothing could be put in the basement until the mold was removed. He said he could bring an extra crew when he came to do the other work and that crew could empty the POD for me. So I added that to the scope of work. They finished all three jobs in one day and all to my satisfaction. I will definitely call Donnie again for several other things I want to have done in the house.

Donnie was very responsive; he picked up the phone immediately when I called. I sent a few pics of the job and he provided an estimate immediately. We scheduled the work for the next business day, and it was completed promptly and efficiently. Most impressive, Donnie communicated constantly with us throughout the process: estimate, scheduling, when he and his team would arrive for the job, and status updates throughout. This was a small job, and no one else would even talk to us about it. We're glad we called Donnie!

Along with minor repairs to roof, did not follow through with fixing roof leak to storage shed. He was notified of the problem not resolved and admitted he used another product instead of the product needed to fix leak. I indicated to him that I had paid for that and his response was that it was too expensive. Made appointment for him to show up and fix the leak. He was a no show.

Donnie was very responsive, they did an excellent job in a timely manner. Would hire them again.

Fonnie snd crew of three other men worked diligently all afternoon, despite light rsin and had all items taken care of, except for moeing which will be fone later this week.

Project went very smoothly. I sent a message through Angie's list inquiring about the project and received a call right away that morning. Donnie and one of his teammates happened to be in my area that afternoon, so they met me to see the existing deck and plan the addition. We agreed on the price, I paid cash up front, and the next day they came and completed the project as expected. Though the project has only been completed for a couple days, I am very happy. They did a great job, honored their word regarding the time they would start, completed quality work, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely contact Donnie for future projects.

Very satisfied with his service. I called on a Saturday and was surprised that they were able to come out the next day, which was perfect since a nice winter storm was due in on Monday. His team was very professional and performed all work in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable especially considering they came out on a Sunday. I will definitely give him a call again.
