Have used them several times (as have quite a few family members). They're knowledgeable, efficient and have your carpet's best interests at heart! : ) Price is more than reasonable considering the excellent job they do. My go-to-carpet-cleaners! We generally use them in our home twice a year.

They were recommended to me by a distant relative, who used them for her rental properties. Then I saw their job on couple of her places. I gave them a call and they came out. I could not believe how fast I got an appointment, especially the day after Thank’s Giving, as that’s when they came out. I thought they would tell me they were booked up till the following week but they did not, they came out. They did an excellent job. My carpet looked wonderful and I will be using them as well. The carpet was only less than two years old. It looked great. Their customer service was very good. The guys who came out were very friendly. They were on time, they were very thorough, informative and told me certain things about my carpet that I did not know. I really liked them and I will be calling them back in the spring. They were extremely reasonable. They did the entire upstairs of the house. I did not have them do downstairs but when they come back in the spring, I am going to have them do that too. I was very pleased. That could have be an introductory thing because they wanted me as a customer and they knew the lady who referred me. They did right about me for sure.
