+ 0 moreOverall Mr. Fenwick was amicable over the phone and his prices were reasonably priced. Since we are out of state property owners with a local manager, it was very easy to communicate with him via phone, email was not as easy, which would have been preferred. Our property manager confirmed that he performed the services as agreed to, although I had to provide the line item bid, because his computer was having issues. I was very disappointed with the time frame for job completion - I agreed to his asking price and gave verbal approval on a specific time frame and Mr. Fenwick delivered almost five days late.
Description of Work: Landscape bid for mowing, weed removal, tree trimming.
